Location: Woodlands Street 31 Not many prata stalls in Singapore sells crispy prata. The prata should not be salty or burnt. In addition, this stall’s curry sauce is “creamy” and full of fragrant flavours: Eaten once a while is ok. Not for daily consumption. Two other locations has this: 1. Jalan Kayu 2. Joo Chiat : Mr and Mrs Mohgan's Super Crispy Roti Prata. Formerly the elderly couple were located at Crane Road. Their specialty is the sambal gravy to go with their crispy prata.

Pretty good. With at least 6 or more varieties of mock meat and mushrooms. The gravy is generous but not over powering...taste.. Sorry.. eaten halfway then took this photo... Location: circled in red

More old Malay Kampong scenes

They only sell one variety of noodles = Mee Pok The food is light but with a balanced flavour. Their cheapest $5.50 contains a unique one slice of rehydrated fish maw and a moist braised-poached melt-in the mouth half-an-egg. Portions are reasonable..but nice. Unfortunately.. one complaint is that their chilli is dull.. don't give that kind-of-kick!

Eunos Market & Hawker Centre was burned down and rebuilt in the past. Trivia: Do you know that other than Geylang Serai Food Centre, Eunos Hawker Centre has the 2nd most non-Chinese stalls in Singapore. Over-heard one lady staying in Eunos Crescent that there were really few if any good food stalls in the Eunos Market & Hawker Centre. Most likely, her taste was for Chinese food. She commented that she missed many stalls located at the Marine Crescent market and Food centre which was closed till next year for refurbrishment.
