Dear students and all, Besides using Microsoft MS word, MS excel, if you really want to use a house/office layout program; why not look at these two software links:- This is easy to the software called : Smart Draw :- http://www.smartdraw.com and one can conveniently save to virtually any format. I have not evaluated this one, but perhaps, can Wasis give his comments. If I am not mistaken, he has used this? http://www.homeplanpro.com Warmest Regards, Cecil

1. This popular porridge (pork & fish) + raw fish stall is opened for just a few hours in the morning: 1.1 From: 6am to 9am from Monday to Friday. It does not open on Saturdays and Sundays. 1.2 The above excludes the preparation of the raw fish and other ingredients. 2. Most likely the sellers benefit from low rental and their popularity. See the queues. 3. I am also one of the guilty ones that faithfully line-up at 6am whenever I have assignments close-by. This is because there were times (in the past that I went there at close to 9am and was even told - "no more" - closed) and were the unlucky ones in the queue to be told about it.

Note: Below is not `real' but rather, a *Joke* about the use of yellow talisman to ward-off virus attack to one's PC:- For those of you prone to computer crash / virus attack /whatever computer problems, you are advised to: 1. print out then burn the attached ang kong hu (ang kong talisman), and drink the water from the ash 2. recite always the following mantra " popi computer bei hang, bei tiuk virus, always peng an ". Under Para 2, this is based on Hokkien sentence which is interpretted as: "Pray hard that my computer does not hang or get virus and always peaceful."

1. If you frequently carry multiple credit cards and use them excessively, leading to accumulating roll-over credits, a clever solution is to freeze the cards in a bowl of water. 2. By freezing the credit cards, it will deter you from using them impulsively as you will have to wait for them to thaw properly before using them again. 3. This method serves as a reminder to limit the number of credit cards you have, ideally keeping only one or two for regular use, with the second one as a backup for emergencies or travel purposes. Warmest Regards, Cecil IN CONCLUSION The text advises those with multiple credit cards to freeze them in a bowl o…

Nowadays, Singapore Post Office (SingPost) don't deliver mails on Saturdays. And on occasions, I have encountered posting ordinary mails and the other party claimed that they did not receive it especially when posted in such letter boxes all over Singapore. Now I get! To me such, I have never ever seen such a signage placed so visible on a letter box, before (ever!) Is the message on top of the box trying to imply something? Please read between the lines....

1. Many of the letter boxes in Singapore public housing i.e. Housing & Development Board Flats have letter boxes that have sealed openings to prevent outsiders from placing especially flyers into these letter boxes. 2. Only the postman is suppose to have the master key to unlock the back of all letter boxes to allow him to post letters into individual letter boxes. 3. During one of the nights, "caught" this lady (on camera) inserting fliers into letter boxes. She uses a ruler to try to push or force open the letter box lid. Here, I believe she is paid by someone to help insert their flyers. 4. How do you call this? Vandalism?? Or is she doing a decent job? 5.…

We have ceiling support beams all throughout our house. I find them attractive even though I know it's bad FS. Because they are so high up I had to wait a while to buy a ladder tall enough for me to put up the cures. In fact, I was constantly irritated, especially before bed and I blamed it on my 8 House bedroom layout. Within two days of putting up the cures,I noticed a reduction in irritability not only in myself, but husband and baby (neither of them "practice FS" LOL) I recommend everyone with beams to make an effort, get that ladder, and apply the proper cure, you won't regret it.

By Asian standards, this lifebuoy is placed too high! Although it is a good thing to place it high i.e. to avoid people playing aroundwith it; but as a lifesaver, this isdangerous! Hopefully, thiscondo has more lifesaving devices than only this lifebuoy! Please it lower - STU-PIG! Location: The Tropica... 2011 P.S. If this is for real = real lifesaver; it should always be placed at least at an adult's waist level; to ensure that even a 10 year old child is able to get hold of it. This is pure commonsense. If it is merely for decorative purposes.. then... nevermind..

Brand 1: Auto-Seal External door GAP seal In my opinion, this is a pretty good "mechanical" door seal. What happens is that each time the main door is at the close position; there is a mechanical seal that drops down to the floor: so that there is no longer a GAP to allow for brochures or even liquid to spill into the unit. Look down on the floor. There is an aluminium strip at the bottom of this condo unit floor. The product name is called "auto seal"
