dear cecil, how to neutralize when one is facing an unfavourable direction constantly. for example, i had used the premium baizi to check my favourable/unfavourable direction and i had discoverd the west is my disaster direction. i did not know i was facing this unfavourable direction until recently when i started to read my baizi report again. no wonder my career and financial was disastrous. perhaps, many of us are facing similar situation too. can you please share with us how we can neutralize it besides changing direction. thanks Kenny

Dear Anon, One should treat, huge manmade structures similar to tall superstructures or tall buildings as the same. It would be better as a comment if we are in a particular building overlooking the huge manmade structure. Here, Shapes and Form Feng shui is used. From the angle or room, what you see may not be what I see or how another practitioner see. Worse still if one `see's nothing. The best way therefore to relate to these objects is from the main entrance (if it overlooks these structure) and any windows facing it. It depends as no two house have the same view. Like you correctly mentioned, higher level Feng Shui analysis would be to see the relationship of the h…

Hi Mr Lee! I came across some of your writeups on fengshui for Jadescape. ?? Just wondering if you are working with any agents currently? Hi xxxx, I have been in this business for many years. For creditibility have to remain neutral. I have also have lots of agents who themselves take up personal Feng Shui. In my business... it depends on reputation. Thus... I feel ...... Seriously, I have too many clients. I leave them alone to see what they like... whom they like to interact... and furthermore... as per the above illustrations.... even in Jadescape there are the good, the bad, the ugly.. LOL Of course who don't want to make extra m…

Dear Anon, As you have correctly mentioned Chinese astrology can be quite `similar' in its approach with say the Western Astrology. The reason why, we do not want to discuss Chinese astrology at the moment is because most of the `analysis' done e.g. predictions in books are all based only on one's Year of birth. This is like comparing apples with oranges. Here, Pillars of Destiny (which is not Chinese Astrology) uses not `4 pillars' i.e. Year, Month, Day and Time. So how can we compare the `prediction' of Pillars of Destiny with a basic Chinese Astrology `chart' based on just the year of birth. Furthermore, we have added two more pillars of destiny into version 8. In addi…

I HAVE BEEN STUDYING/READING BOOKS ON THE SUBJECT OF FENG SHUI FOR 3 YEARS NOW. IN THAT TIME IT HAS BEEN MY EXPERIENCE THAT ONE BUILDING WILL SEEM TO RESPOND POSITIVELY TO THE CURES OF ONE SCHOOL OF FENG SHUI WHILE ANOTHER RESPONDS BETTER TO ANOTHER, FOR EXAMPLE: BLACK HAT MAY SUGGEST BLUE/ WATER IN THE NORTH IF IT IS A PROBLEMATIC AREA,WHILE COMPASS WILL SUGGEST TO REDUCE THE NORTH WITH GREEN WOOD (IF NORTH IS A NEGATIVE DIRECTION IN THAT PARTICULAR HOME). IT TAKES A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TRIAL AND ERROR AS WELL AS INTUITION TO DISCOVER TO WHICH THE BUILDING WILL RESPOND.

Dear Annon, Sorry, for the late response. I totally agree with what you have written. For this reason, "in between messages", I am trying to post some symbols of significance to the Chinese. I agree with you that we should discuss more of symbolism, since there are already alot of resources dedicated to clearing doubts on various Feng Shui issues. Perhaps, you have correctly pointed out that this is the right time to discuss whenever we can symbolism. Earlier, I decided not to discuss `symbolism' was because, there are still so many questions relating to how to effectively use proper Feng Shui or to differentiate those that works and those that are not Feng Shui. My fear…

Dear Anon, 1. Thanks for your feedback. 2. I will continue to provide graphic examples but not actual pictures. This is because when e.g. a full audit is done, we have to respect the privacy of clients. Furthermore, usually, it is not a comfortable feeling if a picture is taken when a cure has just been placed. 3. So, I feel it is best to illustrate using graphic drawings (if possible) or when I do have the time to do so. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Rose, Please read below:- -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'discussion-session' suppressed 'discussion-session' suppressed> Date: Monday, May 10, 1999 11:55 AM Subject: Re: I-Ching Hexagram 1. The hexagram is the Metal Element and the surrounding is Water. I leave you to guess what our Element is:) May I guess i. weak water ii. strong fire, or iii. strong earth I believe you can understand the reasons for my guesses. What is the difference between metal (gold) surrounded by water (blue), vs water surrounded by metal? The difference is that metal surrounded by water, actually enhance the water from within. Therefore making w…

Many of us just walk past coffee-shop furniture without blinking an eye. When I see this elderly lady utilize this iconic chair. I see both the pure beauty of the form and function of this chair! Even if this chair looks dated. This is why I believe so many new kopi-tiams; food courts etc.. don't stock it any more. Does not blend with their modernistic décor? Who cares... Contrast this with the photo of the stylish green chairs. Although both chairs should provide comfortable seating.. but this green chair lacks the added function. Let's hope more coffee-shops; Chinese restaurants like Soup Restaurant etc.. …
