  5. Most probably the worst fried rice that I had tasted... The rIce meant for the fried rice was mostly uncooked (hard). Vegetables especially the tiny cubes of carrots (raw) not cooked... one bitten, twice shy.. LOL The only thing nice was a few tiny “crystal” prawns... Not worth the $6.80/- for it.

The Health Promotion Board (HPB) embeds healthy living into Singaporeans' everyday environments, so that it's easy to make healthier choices. We reach residents where they live, play, learn and work. In schools, children and youth are instilled with healthier lifestyle habits. At workplaces, health programmes are brought to the doorstep of workers to make healthy living convenient and accessible. Within the community, we foster a spirit of togetherness and an ecosystem of support for residents to embrace healthy living anytime, anywhere.

  19. My personal aversion to glass table tops stems from several factors. 1. This is primarily due to its incompatibility with porcelain, mugs, and glass materials. 2. The sound produced when these items come into contact with the glass surface is unappealing, regardless of how carefully they are placed on the table. 3. Additionally, using a plastic surface protector detracts from the aesthetic, as it becomes unsightly with the bubbles that form on its surface. Frequently, the surface area becomes adhesive [sticky] as a result of the plastic covering.

dear cecil, thanks for your advice. in fact, i had read up a lot about water behind us and what happen is that, my dad set up this fish tank in the living room and just happen that my study table is in the living room. and unfortunately, the fish tank was right behind me. even though it is a distance away from me, i had been thinking how to neutralize it since neither i can shift my table or my sitting position. i will read more about it in the forum and books to understand further. thanks for all your advice 8-) Kenny

  22. Brand 1: Auto-Seal External door GAP seal In my opinion, this is a pretty good "mechanical" door seal. What happens is that each time the main door is at the close position; there is a mechanical seal that drops down to the floor: so that there is no longer a GAP to allow for brochures or even liquid to spill into the unit. Look down on the floor. There is an aluminium strip at the bottom of this condo unit floor. The product name is called "auto seal"
