Hi, I have just changed my bedroom and am wondering if it's OK to put back my waterbed or not? Seeing it heats by electricity I wonder if it has any possitive or negative effects. Thanks in advance, Rebecca

The question is , if i use transparent door / sliding door for the walkin wardrobe , will this still considere as roon-in-room ? What about using curtain instead of door ? Please help to clear my doubt .. confusing .. Thanks ! Allen .

Dear Terry, Frankly, it has more to do with symbolism than to find a gourd that is opened or closed. If it is placed in a toilet environment i.e. lots of moisture, then, ideally the material in which it is made of should be able to "withstand" such an enviroment. Whether it has an open "mouth" or closed one should not be a major issue, here. Warmest Regards, Cecil Quote: Terry Yuen wrote: Regarding hanging a gourd between the toilet and the master bedroom, can you elabotate the gourd should be opened or closed at the top since they are sold hollowed out with the top as a stopper.

Hi, My friend once read a Feng Shui article saying that we will not meet the one in the year we supposed to meet the person if someone else is thinking of us. Is this true? If so, is there any remedy to it?Will the person who is thinking of us become the one instead?

Dear Ellen, There is often no issue in hanging a personal portait. Often, it can be hung along the staircase landing area or in the living room area or a prominent wall within the living or study room. Only avoid hanging the portait against the same wall as the toilet bowl. Or facing a toilet or facing the kitchen entrance area. Warmest Regards, Cecil

  7. Dear Rose, To answer some of your question:- a. For the poison arrow from street lamp, if you have aday curtain keep it close so that the lamp does not cut into your home. b. A house with missing corners is typically not good. There is very little you can do to fix this given you are on the 2nd floor. But such corners does make decorating it quite a challenge. c. As for the clutter, unfortunately too much items makes anyone feel uncomfortable. You should try to do some cleaning to clear some of the unused item. Also having lots of storage space can help keep such items out of sight. It seems that you had posted several posting. And seemed quite desperate. The best I …

Dear All, I like this e-mail that was sent to Robert Lee: Many thanks Robert for your kind answer and good luck for your improvements in the Forum. There is a new concept in Feng Shui the 3 W. Work, work and work. Maybe you can do something to be less busy. For example put your desk in your bad direction (just a badjoke). Congratulations one again for your Forum. Take care. Best regards. (Name Removed for confidentiality) In such a situation, or if one is in the same senario, try the above suggestion! Cheers! Cecil Lee

  13. As I have said before, many bazi and fengshuilearnersjump on the bandwagon just to rake it in,and quickly too.Not only new practitioners, but the so-called experienced ones are, well, obsessed with money too. That's why they need to have fengshui "conventions",advertise full-page in the papers, etc,in order to raise their public profiles in the world. Paying close to S$300 just for a bazi reading? For that amount, you can get many good books on bazi and read up yourself,or read the postings on bazi forums. Am rather curious what "secrets"the "experts" will graciously "transmit" to the audienceat the coming Singapore fengshui"convention" at Suntec City.At last year's(2007) "c…

Dear Peck Wun, Please see below:- It depends. Feng Shui is all about trying to squeeze as much luck as possible for a home. On some areas, this is highly impossible. But overall, it is about trying to squeeze as much luck of the home as possible. Let me illustrate:- Based on what I have experienced: ================================ Take for example: the Rivervale Crest condominium. This condo, TOP last year. And when I first discussed the layout plan with a few clients who had purchased it, one or two years prior to their taking the keys; they have a toilet at the centrepoint of their home. Nevertheless, fortunately, the condo unit they are staying is more of rectan…

Presently, YOU MUST stay in IRAQ. 2. Your home should preferably in Tikrit or in a neighbourhood friendly to SADDAM H. 3. You MUST have HATED (not dislike) BUT TRULY HATE your neighbour. 4. Your neighbour must own a sizeable land (next to your landed property). NEXT ==== 5. Find out the HOT-LINE or if there is ever a 1800 number for the US intelligence service located in your Iraq community. 6. Determine whether you want a koi pond or a swimming pool. 17. 1. If you frequently carry multiple credit cards and use them excessively, leading to accumulating roll-over credits, a clever solution is to freeze the cards in a bowl of water. 2. By freezing the credit cards, it will deter you from using them impulsively as you will have to wait for them to thaw properly before using them again. 3. This method serves as a reminder to limit the number of credit cards you have, ideally keeping only one or two for regular use, with the second one as a backup for emergencies or travel purposes. Warmest Regards, Cecil IN CONCLUSION The text advises those with multiple credit cards to freeze them in a bowl o…

Why not? Often, a secretary for a boss has many advantages:- 1. If the boss is up and rising; and eventually, he/she becomes the CEO or even to Senior Managers (SM); many secretaries I know; often get promoted to Managerial positions. 2. Here, most likely, the boss, has taken a liking to and appreciate the help; his/her secretary had provided him. And, had hope that she be given such a post. 3. Often also, the CEO or SM has also learned to trust her. And feels more comfortable with `his people' round him. 4. A secretary's job is quite good also. As it elevates the `face' of the secretary. For example, the secretary gets a first hand insight on the managerial skills; plus…

  19. Edward Li Juming of Hongkong said the Hang Seng Index in 2008 will hit higher and higher points. He also said this year will see dreadful epidermics like Sars.He did notmention a word about the China blizzards at the beginning of 2008,or the Sichuan earthquake. He alsoproclaimed, like a demigod, that the love affair between Tony Leung and Carina Lau was not true, and that they would never marry. He also failed to predict the US financial crisis.......... All these were not insignificant events of 2008.Yet as a professional geomancer, and touted as an accurate auger,he did not manage to see these happening. Many other practitioners don't even dare to predict anything because …

  20. Dear all, Recently, an intelligent client, gave a different perspective of winning a lottery. Client: "I have always won the lottery every time!" Client: "My method of winning the lottery is simple. Instead of going to the lottery booth to buy a ticket; I give it to my Minister of Finance (wife). She keeps it for me." Client: "At the end of the year, she presents me with a cheque for whatever amount I gave her for lottery minus the daily interest on it. (She keeps this as her admin fee). I used to spent at least $200 a month. And for sure, at the end of the year: Hey! I won $2,400/-! " Therefore, isn't correct that I won at lottery? Cheers! Cecil

Dear All, Singapore is one of the safest and cleanest cities in the world. To some, Singapore is also called a `FINE' city. Singaporeans are `motivated' to use convience payment booth(s) strategically located all over the island for bills and other transactions. The government linked overlooking cashless transactions have come up with a novel way to `motivate' it's citizens with "Eye" catching machines. Maybe, this could also be due to market research of what best can be used to encourage one to use these machines. This snap-shot on the screen will tell you why, it will certainly "FORCE" one to use the machine. Or no excuse NOT TO "pay up your fines / penalties." On the …
