Dear All, I like this e-mail that was sent to Robert Lee: Many thanks Robert for your kind answer and good luck for your improvements in the Forum. There is a new concept in Feng Shui the 3 W. Work, work and work. Maybe you can do something to be less busy. For example put your desk in your bad direction (just a badjoke). Congratulations one again for your Forum. Take care. Best regards. (Name Removed for confidentiality) In such a situation, or if one is in the same senario, try the above suggestion! Cheers! Cecil Lee

Dear Patrick, Would it be possible to upload a simple sketch of the home. This is because, if you go thru some of the past postings, some homes can take "advantage" of the cul-de-sac to collect wealth, but others are "hammered" by it. Warmest Regards, Cecil Does this have the same Anyone's Thank

Dear Peck Wun, Please see below:- It depends. Feng Shui is all about trying to squeeze as much luck as possible for a home. On some areas, this is highly impossible. But overall, it is about trying to squeeze as much luck of the home as possible. Let me illustrate:- Based on what I have experienced: ================================ Take for example: the Rivervale Crest condominium. This condo, TOP last year. And when I first discussed the layout plan with a few clients who had purchased it, one or two years prior to their taking the keys; they have a toilet at the centrepoint of their home. Nevertheless, fortunately, the condo unit they are staying is more of rectan…

I had no idea what our house number meant until last week, so bear with me... I insisted to my boyfriend that we relocate to this cutesy art deco apartment, from California to Nevada. He said "ok". Upon analysing the apartment number 26, it means "Where the female goes the male follows". We are really happy here. I am learning so much through this web site. Thanks Cecil Julie

Question: Own a FREE pond or swimming pool? YES/NO? IF NO, please close this e-mail. IF YES, please read on.... FIRST - READ THE "FINE PRINT" BELOW:- =================================== 1. Presently, YOU MUST stay in IRAQ. 2. Your home should preferably in Tikrit or in a neighbourhood friendly to SADDAM H. 3. You MUST have HATED (not dislike) BUT TRULY HATE your neighbour. 4. Your neighbour must own a sizeable land (next to your landed property). NEXT ==== 5. Find out the HOT-LINE or if there is ever a 1800 number for the US intelligence service located in your Iraq community. 6. Determine whether you want a koi pond or a swimming pool. If, a swimming pool, determine whe…

Dear WinCash, 1. Frankly, this has to do with individual beliefs. 2. Like everyone else; a Geomancer is only human. 3. This is why, I had recently mentioned that many Geomancers like to seek fame by giving `earthly predictions' And often, these predictions has to do with likely earthquakes, wars and the latest new illness - which often occurs during certain `predictable' seasons. 4. Therefore, if we follow the above `argument', all human beings are govern by time-factors. 5. And if we apply the Five Elements concept, it will follow that Fire can drown weak water person etc... Thus, all of us have our auspicious or inauspicious days. 6. Perhaps, a particular Geomancer was…

Why not? Often, a secretary for a boss has many advantages:- 1. If the boss is up and rising; and eventually, he/she becomes the CEO or even to Senior Managers (SM); many secretaries I know; often get promoted to Managerial positions. 2. Here, most likely, the boss, has taken a liking to and appreciate the help; his/her secretary had provided him. And, had hope that she be given such a post. 3. Often also, the CEO or SM has also learned to trust her. And feels more comfortable with `his people' round him. 4. A secretary's job is quite good also. As it elevates the `face' of the secretary. For example, the secretary gets a first hand insight on the managerial skills; plus…

  11. Dear all, Recently, an intelligent client, gave a different perspective of winning a lottery. Client: "I have always won the lottery every time!" Client: "My method of winning the lottery is simple. Instead of going to the lottery booth to buy a ticket; I give it to my Minister of Finance (wife). She keeps it for me." Client: "At the end of the year, she presents me with a cheque for whatever amount I gave her for lottery minus the daily interest on it. (She keeps this as her admin fee). I used to spent at least $200 a month. And for sure, at the end of the year: Hey! I won $2,400/-! " Therefore, isn't correct that I won at lottery? Cheers! Cecil

Dear students and all, Besides using Microsoft MS word, MS excel, if you really want to use a house/office layout program; why not look at these two software links:- This is easy to the software called : Smart Draw :- http://www.smartdraw.com and one can conveniently save to virtually any format. I have not evaluated this one, but perhaps, can Wasis give his comments. If I am not mistaken, he has used this? http://www.homeplanpro.com Warmest Regards, Cecil

No end to such letters:( Attention: I presume this email will not be a surprise to you. Many year ago, the south Africa government asked this committee to awards contracts to foregn firms, in which myself and two of my partner are leader of the committee, with our good position in this committee, we over involved this contract to the tune of of us$21,500,000:00, to be benefited by me and two other of my partner that are in charge of this contract awarding committee in this ministry. Dear All, Singapore is one of the safest and cleanest cities in the world. To some, Singapore is also called a `FINE' city. Singaporeans are `motivated' to use convience payment booth(s) strategically located all over the island for bills and other transactions. The government linked overlooking cashless transactions have come up with a novel way to `motivate' it's citizens with "Eye" catching machines. Maybe, this could also be due to market research of what best can be used to encourage one to use these machines. This snap-shot on the screen will tell you why, it will certainly "FORCE" one to use the machine. Or no excuse NOT TO "pay up your fines / penalties." On the …

Dear Anon, 1. Yes, it is best not to be `involved' with religious objects if one can. 2. Recently many Feng Shui emporiums are in my opinion `selling' items that only burn a big hole. 3. I was infact disturbed a few days ago when I just took a glance at many of the Feng Shui emporiums. And all shorts of `rubbish stuffs'. It is a pity especially for those who are already short of cash and buy them to get into real problems. 4. Frankly, all this is also due to the consumer. For example, recently a friend of my father had asked me to help do a audit of their home. As usual, the house is littered with `three huge laughing buddha statues. And not less than three fish tanks a…

Dear Lise, There are a few Feng Shui theories which allow you to find you something about your personal element. The two least accurate method are:- 1. Taking the year of birth (ie water dragon year to mean that you are a water dragon year). 2. Taking the Kua Element (ie. Kua 3 - Chen which is Wood). So in you case you conflict of the element is due to the above. Both are not a very theory to determine your element simply because it only takes into account the year of birth. The more accurate way is to use the Ba Zi Feng Shui which takes in account the day, month, year, and hour of birth, giving you the most accurate element. (ie. a wood person born in the year of a water…
