  2. Even if the scooter has been certified “fire hazard safe”. Neverthless, common sense says to continue avoid charging any appliances beside a main door using digital locks. Once the door mechanism of digital locks freeze or jam... that’s it.... the other option of escaping is the windows/balcony side... erh... good luck! Note: It can happen to any digital lock brand!

I believe that Real Estate agents will be around for many years to come. As there will always be a need for a go between for most people: buyers and sellers. However, looks like the field is tightening especially for the more common transactions related to HDB flats, ECs and condos. Here, the rental market... This is one of the examples.... I saw advertised on Facebook will browsing it... P.S. I don’t know this company or ever used their service. Just curious that there is such a service...

  13. The site wants you to advertise FOC on theirs... Never published... just based on My personal thoughts... Frankly, I rather you adopt a pay to advertise model. 1. This is because it is very difficult Nor practical to police your current system. 2. Those who advertise at your site may never know that the purchaser of their product or service was referred from you. 3. Given that if the purchaser say never tells the advertisers on your site about it. 4. This is because the potential purchaser will often click and go directly to the specific site. 5. What is there stopping them from purchasing at your …

  15. Hi Mr Lee! I came across some of your writeups on fengshui for Jadescape. ?? Just wondering if you are working with any agents currently? Hi xxxx, I have been in this business for many years. For creditibility have to remain neutral. I have also have lots of agents who themselves take up personal Feng Shui. In my business... it depends on reputation. Thus... I feel ...... Seriously, I have too many clients. I leave them alone to see what they like... whom they like to interact... and furthermore... as per the above illustrations.... even in Jadescape there are the good, the bad, the ugly.. LOL Of course who don't want to make extra m…

  16. Hillion, Bukit Panjang - NTWU Canteen. Less of meal items sold.. half of the canteen is dedicated to high quality baking equipment .. mostly hidden from view. All bread/curry puffs/donuts/cakes/pastries for $1/- each. Quality on par or even better than those bread shops like BreadTalk or Four Leaves.. and much cheaper even. Imagine pick 7 items and the cost is $7/-. While at most other bread shops, depending on the item, the total costs for 7 items can even be $12/- or more! However, the tidbits on the temporary table costs around $2/- each: Located at the Bus Terminal where all NTWU Canteens are found.
