  6. From a lawyer friend: Very important message While writing a date in the upcoming year 2020, we should write in its full format, e.g. 31/01/2020 and not as 31/01/20., bcoz anyone can change it to 31/01/2000 or 31/01/2019 or in between any year to suit his convenience. So be cautious about this. Don't write and also don't accept it in any documents, lest it could lose its importance. This problem will persist only during the year 2020.

  9. Case Study 1: AC vs DC fans? Any advantages of a DC fan? These are some considerations: 1. AC fans have been around ever since electricity has been invented. 2. Generally, some find that DC fans costs more. Thus, in the long term; running costs are cheaper with a DC fan. Thus you do the maths. 3. AC fans can only spin one direction. Thus, the fan blades are optimized to "blow" wind downwards. 3.1. Here, DC fans have a distinct advantage. DC fans can be made to spin clockwise or anti-clockwise. Thus if so, instead of "blowing" wind downwards, it can also be made to "suck" air up to the ceiling. Thus especially if one has a high ceiling; the air can…

  14. Hillion, Bukit Panjang - NTWU Canteen. Less of meal items sold.. half of the canteen is dedicated to high quality baking equipment .. mostly hidden from view. All bread/curry puffs/donuts/cakes/pastries for $1/- each. Quality on par or even better than those bread shops like BreadTalk or Four Leaves.. and much cheaper even. Imagine pick 7 items and the cost is $7/-. While at most other bread shops, depending on the item, the total costs for 7 items can even be $12/- or more! However, the tidbits on the temporary table costs around $2/- each: Located at the Bus Terminal where all NTWU Canteens are found.

  16. Hi Mr Lee! I came across some of your writeups on fengshui for Jadescape. ?? Just wondering if you are working with any agents currently? Hi xxxx, I have been in this business for many years. For creditibility have to remain neutral. I have also have lots of agents who themselves take up personal Feng Shui. In my business... it depends on reputation. Thus... I feel ...... Seriously, I have too many clients. I leave them alone to see what they like... whom they like to interact... and furthermore... as per the above illustrations.... even in Jadescape there are the good, the bad, the ugly.. LOL Of course who don't want to make extra m…

  18. The site wants you to advertise FOC on theirs... Never published... just based on My personal thoughts... Frankly, I rather you adopt a pay to advertise model. 1. This is because it is very difficult Nor practical to police your current system. 2. Those who advertise at your site may never know that the purchaser of their product or service was referred from you. 3. Given that if the purchaser say never tells the advertisers on your site about it. 4. This is because the potential purchaser will often click and go directly to the specific site. 5. What is there stopping them from purchasing at your …

I believe that Real Estate agents will be around for many years to come. As there will always be a need for a go between for most people: buyers and sellers. However, looks like the field is tightening especially for the more common transactions related to HDB flats, ECs and condos. Here, the rental market... This is one of the examples.... I saw advertised on Facebook will browsing it... P.S. I don’t know this company or ever used their service. Just curious that there is such a service...
