Hi Anon, If you are just an employee in a company, what you can do is probably to improve your own personal Feng Shui. This is because it is unlikely that you will be able to change your facing direction or even do a flying star. Dear Anon, More weightage should go to business acumen than placing it to Feng Shui. Overall, a business especially near to a bus stop would be able to bring more business especially if it is an eatery. It has more to do with this then placing it to Feng Shui able to bring in Qi into the entrance. In fact, in my opinion, instead of bringing in clean air, buses and even taxi's bring in more "fumes" or pollution from it's exhaust. At least, the Flying Star to analsyse the shop else we can only look at the surface of the issue. However, the next best alternative is to go with one's instincts or six sense to approach the matter. In an office environment, more importantly, the office should be located in an auspicious place and internally, it should be well `harmonised' and the sitting positions and placement of tables, chairs etc.. has to be looked at closely. You should seek an graphic designer to help you on the design of the logo itself. Being a weak Wood in an Earth related job. To be able to contain your Earth job, the way to do is to strengthen your Wood, so there should be some blue colour (Water) surrounding the brown / green (Wood) colour. What I can suggest is for you to make use of the tools available on the site to help you make the proper accessment. Such as use the Eight House to find which is a good sector for you to face when you work. The frontage of the office is a good location as this is where people walk in and out. 2. It is not ideal to place it on a worktop as it can be quite distracting. Dear Harimin, Under the shapes and form, it is better to place the cashier on one side of the wall (rather then the centre). Here one reason is that there is `backing' or the cashier is supported. However, in my opinion, it also depends on the type of business. For example, in a supermarket, it is still acceptable to have it placed at the `entrance' or a large frontage. Dear Joan, Since the office is quite small: 1. It is good for one side of the table to be flushed against a `solid support' i.e. lean against a wall. 2. The back of the chair should preferably be against a back wall. 3. The table should not be on the same side of the door. But if it is, is should be at a side facing the door. 4.
