Due to the size and extend of this site, it took us a considerable time to update our site with a consistent look and feel. We have also taken great pains to ensure that the site is cross-browser compatible. In recent few weeks, we have double check the site with Netscape browsers to ensure that all users using Netscape can surf our site properly. We have since fixed many netscape related problems.
