1. This plant has very attractive small "bite" sized bright red coloured fruits encasing a seed. 2. In my opinion; best to avoid like the plague especially if there is a newborn around in the home. The fruit is poisonous! 3. The common name of this plant is the "false rattan". 4. It's scientific name is : Flagellaria indica and belongs to the Flagellariaceae family. 5. This plant originated from many parts of the world: Taiwan, South East Asia, Polynesia, Australia and even Tropical Africa. BEST KEEP AWAY FROM THE YOUNG!

Some "parts" of Foresque Residences reminds me of another place: Yishun Sapphire Condo and Yishun Emerald Condo. Here, if one owns a unit in Yishun Sapphire and "South facing" one can see into the swimming pool area of Yishun Emerald condo. Thus, one can be "lead" to believe that parts of Yishun Sapphire condo (south side) seems to "belong" to Yishun Emerald instead. Here, please see attached photos. I am sharing this surviving artefact from Clyde Terrace Market (colloquially known as "铁巴刹 Ti Pa Sat"), which was once Singapore's largest market but no longer exists. The market was particularly vivacious and bustling during the 👻 "Zhong Yuan Jie 中元节" celebrations. Former Geylang Fire Station closes it’s doors in the early 2000’s. Where once these doors opened to allow fire trucks to speed to their scene; the frontage is sunken and now occupied by a five foot walk-way with railings... 1960’s map of Singapore Shopping the location of the former Geylang Fire Station. Roads like Lorong Engku Aman was flatten. And now sits the Paya Lebar Quarter. While the MRT station and Paya Lebar Square is upstream. Only Jalan Afridi is still around where the Certis Cisco HQ stands. The Wak Tanjong Mosque is still there. Part of it is undergoing renovations and repair works. In 2015, the 4 blocks / 5 storey high HDB flats were slated for re-development. In 1965, these flats were built to house those in a massive fire in Siglap. This is still within the popular district 15. The most iconic was the former Wong Clinic..then at Block 2 #01-878 .. Dr Wong had since passed away.. we stay in Katong... and he was one of our family Doctors... Photos show .. vacated units.. except for the vibrant car park.. Across the road was The former Siglap market....
