A triangular piece of land. Essentially, there are 9 low-rise housing tower blocks. They share many characteristics with other developments, where the units tend to remain quite rectangular in shape. Overall, the planners have made a reasonably acceptable adjustment in the placement of each of the 9 blocks, based on my observation of the site plan from a global perspective. At first glance, there do not appear to be any major disturbing issues, aside from the sharp corners of some stacks. I hope these do not point towards the openings of neighboring units, particularly the balcony openings (if any). Fingers crossed! Source & Credit:

Hi everyone, I like to use the Saintograph (R) brand protractor. It comes in various sizes. If I am not mistaken it costs around US$2.50/- to US$5.00/- plus or minus this amount. If you cannot find this brand, purchase a `reputable' brand. For those who are new, I use it inconjunction with the compass method: http://www.geomancy.net/fs/cecilcompass.htm My favourite compass can be found under this link:- http://www.geomancy.net/fs/recommendcompass.htm Happy Feng Shuing:) Important Tips:- 1. While doing so, always remember to take confirmation readings from the exterior of the house e.g. on a vacant land and do not wear jewellry or go close to the walls (wher the walls may…

- Message cross posted from Free Advice Conf- -- Original Message from Anon -- In the photo tour of interest (pictures of Bungalow houses). There is a tree in the front of the house. Will it be considered a poison arrow. What is the white structure on top of the house(looks like a coin with dragon fish). Thanks. -- End of message -- Dear Anon, 1. I have retaken another picture. This picture will show that there is no poison arrows aimed at the house. 2. You will also notice that the drive way does not act as sha qi against the main entrance door. The main entrance is also elevated (on the right side of the picture). 3. The drive way leads to the back area of the house. …

How to place a pair of bamboo flute to neutralise a concrete ceiling beam: Attached please find three pictures: 1. Picture 1: Shows how two bamboo flutes are placed on a ceiling beam. 2. Picture 2: Shows how a pair of bamboo flutes are placed i.e. the Dragon flute is placed on the `East' side. The phoenix flute faces the `West' side. 3. Picture 3: Shows how the two bamboo flutes form the profile of a Ba Gua trigram. Para 3 is not compulsory. I.e. u do not need to buy a dragon/phoenix flute. In most cases, it does not matter which side the pair of bamboo flutes are hung on the ceiling beam. This cure is so old school. And da…

Dear Anon, Many thanks for pointing out the poll on the Fullerton Building. In my opinion: 1. Although the sloping roofs `accumulates' to a central point; if the frontage is not properly `protected' i.e. the frontage (is where it faces the sea); wealth in such a situation looks like it will drain off into the water. 2. For the tenants (housed under) on each side of the sloping roof; in Feng Shui, these shops would ultimately open and close. And most likely tenants would change. 3. Perhaps, the rent may then be reduced such that it becomes more or less office space at some of this premises. 4. However, I believe it would make a better choice for it to have a larger percent…

In 2017, saw one of the first installations of zip track blinds. This was at the newly T.O.P. development: Vue 8 condo at Pasir Ris. Today, saw an AD for something I have yet seen before… called Glass Curtains. Please note that I have no relation to the company mentioned, below. Just curious that this seems to be a new product … or alternative.. but totally don’t offer privacy + may become a glass house effect! Did a separate search and found this …
