A triangular piece of land. Essentially, there are 9 low-rise housing tower blocks. They share many characteristics with other developments, where the units tend to remain quite rectangular in shape. Overall, the planners have made a reasonably acceptable adjustment in the placement of each of the 9 blocks, based on my observation of the site plan from a global perspective. At first glance, there do not appear to be any major disturbing issues, aside from the sharp corners of some stacks. Although the sloping roofs `accumulates' to a central point; if the frontage is not properly `protected' i.e. the frontage (is where it faces the sea); wealth in such a situation looks like it will drain off into the water. 2.
