Dear Everyone, 1. Ba Gua mirrors should be checked every six months to a year for `fading' damage e.g. cracks, peeling. Normally, it should be replaced each year (if it is directly under the weather without protection). Sometimes, it would last up to two years or more. 2. When and How to replace the old Ba Gua mirror? 2.1 Usually, it can be replaced any day. But if one wants to select an auspicious date to remove/replace a Ba Gua mirror is usually on the 1st day or 15th day of any Lunar Month. (With the EXCEPTION of the 7th MONTH.) 2.2 To throw away, the old Ba Gua mirror, you can wrap it up in a used newspaper and carefully throw it away in an external dustbin. 2.3 Some…

1. How true is this statement? 2. Well, if you ask me in Singapore, this is very true! In the attached article, you can find out that Singapore families queue up 4 nights in a row just to book a government apartment. 3. In our culture, we hear this term in our daily life: The Kiasu Singaporean. 4. Meaning of Kiasu: Hokkien for "afraid to lose". eg Kiasu Singaporeans will camp overnight for free stuffs. Or in this case.. camp overnight to "book" or buy something... like property? 5. You can also take our `local test' to see whether you are equally considered as a "Kiasu". *JOKE* Can you fit the Singaporean image? Check out this url: http://www.med.nus.edu.sg/pcm/stress/Ki…

As promised, I will explain why the top most units of the Sterling condominum are excellent apartments even if they are triangle in shape and seems to have protrusions or `missing' corners. The single picture (below) shows the two top most units in the Sterling Condominum project. The two top units:- 1. Are at the apex of the housing project. 2. They are situated at the top most elevation. The condominium is on a gentle hill slope. 3. If you look closely, each master bedroom is at the apex of the housing development. Symbolically, this implies the `top person', or CEO or the person who is "always at the top." 4. The two units are `joined' together like the palms of two h…

As mentioned; previously; based on common sense; the test is whether a run-away car can slam into a home / gate or garden... In this example; it might be possible for both homes: marked in red = A and/or marked in purple = B. In doubt; avoid purchasing such homes.

If the Main Door is important to you, I am sure, this article will be of interest to you. Please read on..... Note: In case you want to visit the Property Developer's Website featured in this article here is the URL: Visit Wing Tai Asia - Property In my opinion, Wing Tai Asia, is a `new kid' on the block with regards to it's Property Development scene in Singapore. Their core business is related to "clothing" and is still today. *JOKE* Erh...Perhaps or maybe, they should simply stick to it! Source & Credit: The Straits Times, Singapore 18 April 2002

Did you know, or for those who are remaining in the vicinity, that there exists a Muslim cemetery situated between Frankel Estate and Opera Estate? Let us take a journey back in time to the year 1954:- The cemetery was formerly referred to as the Mohammedan cemetery. In contemporary maps, it continues to be depicted merely as a Muslim cemetery. The cemetery remains in existence today! It is located south of the Flamingo Valley condominium and to the west of the Elite residences. Since 1954, the cemetery has existed for at least 60 years or more. Currently, Siglap Road connects to Fidelio Street, providing additional access routes to and…
