Some lots are covered. While others are in the open. 4. If I am a car lover, I would first check out where my future lot is; before I commit to buying that unit in this development!

This road side stall, sells Chinese calligraphy written on `papers'. In the past, it was very popular for houses to paste such calligraphy writings especially during the Lunar New Year. Depending on the size and amount of words, these `good luck calligraphy' sell for between US$2 to US$20 depending on the size and number of characters. This is indeed a dying occupation as nowadays it is much cheaper to buy it off the printers.

And this ain't the ghost busters! Yesterday, I was taking a usual stroll, minding my own business... until I pounced upon a home with such a signage. After my near-by visit to a client, I walked passed the fence! And really, a midsized dog, ran towards the gate.. (a real gate keeper) barking and he or she jumped on the fence and wanted to make minced meat out of me! Believe me! This sign is FOR REAL!

From this angle, this home seems to be concerned with how uncomfortable; the road-way. Fortunately, this is Singapore and cars are "right-hand" drive. Plotting a virtual outline of how cars would flow around this property shows that it is not "threatened" by the movement of cars.
