It is good that the sub-station is not below any stacks or 2nd storey units This period, The Frangipanni tree is always chosen for both condos / ECs and HDB sites. This is the third HDB development that uses dry walls between the living room with a bedroom wall and the master bedroom with a 2nd bedroom wall.
