I have taken a photo of the distinctive walk-up staircase design with it's unique U shaped and a distinctive circular "pot-hole" close to the Top of the stairs. Close-by, Block 10A Boon Tiong Road has just TOP. However, it's multi-storey carpark is still under-construction. But, I have taken several snap-shot of it's "protruding" staircase leading towards the upper floors of the multi-storey carpark. You can see from the photos that this new carpark had copied the same design from the old Tiong Bahru Flats. Specifically from the photo taken of Blk 28 Tiong Bahru.

Pictures were taken along Tanjong Pagar Plaza, Craig Road and finally from Neil Road. The Iconic Pinnacle at Duxton is truly imposing from almost anywhere! Last week I was in a new Tanjong Pagar Business tower, and yes; can literally "feel" the Pinnacle close-by...

HDB estates built before the year 2000 had no precinct pavilions. Thus a funeral may be held just below the deceased block. As shown in this example: Petir Road estate. Today, depending on the size of each HDB estate or precinct; there are between 1 to 2 such Pavilions per estate depending on it's size. Thus an estate with 500 to 700 units often has 1 precinct pavilion. But another larger estate of 800 to 1,500 units may have two Pavilions.

This is a collection of photos (close-up) of the front view of the entrapped house. In several of the pictures, one can see that this entrapped house is virtually abandoned.
