Dear Peck Wun, The approach to the placement of sofa, should be based on the outline of your living / dining room area. For example, if your living cum dining room is in an `L' shaped configuration. It is best to (top view) divide them into have two smaller `rectangles'. The purpose is to form more of a rectangle. If this is the case, you can simply use your sofa to arrange (even a long rectangular) room into smaller `rectangles'. In such a case, there is really no need to place a divider or `supporting' cabinet behind the sofa set. Usually, do watch out if the sofa is underneath a beam. Otherwise, it is still perfectly acceptable even if the sofa does not have it's back…

  23. The Crest acquired by Wingstar Investment (Wing Tai Holdings LTD), Metro Australia Holdings and Maxdin: the site at Prince Charles Crescent. A "copy-cat" of the Taipei 101. Taipei 101 is tall. And this development has many "Stunted" Bamboo plants.. by nature. That is the only difference. One cannot go wrong with "point-block" or 8 main blocks where qi or wind can freely circulate between each block = Good Shapes and Forms. This means that many units will be shaded from rain, thanks to the upper floors that jut-out to shield them. This is what I like most about it... The Crest Just T.O.P.

  24. WaterBank at Dakota These ground floor units have high bushes and plants to shield it for the constant vehicle movements “towards it” when these vehicles exit the development Imagine the frontage of your unit looks like this:- Poor bright Hall effect : due to always dim and dark = poor Feng Shui Luck This car needs to turn past the ground floor PES: Here the vehicle needs to take a 90 degrees turn to the right in order to avoid ploughing into the ground floor units:- While other Units facing the canal and pool have better luck:-
