  1. One Jervois comprises of 12 storeys and 275 units.

  2. One Meyer @ 1 Meyer Place by SL Capital (5) Pte Ltd (formerly The Albracca) As this development is beside the head of Meyer Road and the current Katong Park MRTstation, it is pretty dirty and noisy. Furthermore, the Meyer Place (slip road) access from Meyer Road / Fort Road junction is temporarily closed during the MRT construction. Thus the only way into this estate is via ARTHUR Road or Ford Road. Anyway, there are only 4 small condos leading to Meyer Place. While out of the three bungalows along Meyer Place, only two are stayed in. While one is vacant. Actually two of these bungalows have “dirty” title deeds. As there are various claims to the Two run d…

This water fountain is technically based on the Five Elements concept: circular ball represents metal tall structure represents wood made of granite = earth element add water and also a light, becomes a full five elements concept. BUT, this design is "hell of an ugly" in today's modern times... It may look cool in the 1980's but.. rather "ancient" today!

  9. 1. TID Private Ltd is co-owned by Mitsui Fudosan and Hong Leong. Frankly, this is unrelated to Feng Shui. 2. It is merely intended to be a well-managed development that incorporates some elements of Japanese style. 3. This development is situated above the Circle Line MRT track, which lies deep beneath this site:- 4. Personally, I feel uneasy even if the MRT tunnel is situated very deep underground. 4.1. In general, the Feng Shui of Shapes and Forms is not favorable. This holds true even if the vibrations from the train are not significant. 5. By the way, what is the reason behind the name Circle Line Station and the designation of many bu…

    1. Neighbor's triangle shaped roof that is aimed towards your home or apartment at the same LEVEL. For example, if the neighbor's roof is equivalent to your unit at say 4th storey, if one stands inside your home and at the parallel, can see the pointed roof; then this is sha qi. 2. Another most common is the "porcupine" spikes of neighboring stacks that slices towards your stack: from the same block or neighboring block.

  21. The owner of this landed terrace house opted for a light-weight gate. And it provides good ventilation into the house. The only drawback is that it afford less privacy, that's all. Actually, most homes prior to the year 2000 favours well ventilated fencing similar to above. But not as cool as this modern mesh design. Many today, opted for similar design as below. The gate does allow air ventilation plus provide added privacy:-

As usual, there are the white lions and some homes have the ceramic glazed "brownish" type...
