Petit Jervois by SC Global About to demolish the current flats = Jervois Gardens. The main access is via Jervois Road. While these photos were taken on a new connection road for Princes Charles Crescent. Good for both The Crest and Principal Gardens condo as no need to depend only on the Alexandra View/Jervois Lane links. Have still kept in contact, a previous client at Jervois Gardens. Will be doing a Feng Shui audit with him.

Phoenix Residences at the junction of Phoenix Avenue with Phoenix Road. Leasehold 99 years. Site plan shows a U-shaped design. The only difference is that this inverted U takes advantage of the open space afforded by the border facing SAF Hillview Camp. Frankly, I am not sure what is the view like overlooking into the fringe of Hillview Camp. Hopefully not a covered high fence or the motor pool or barracks or storage grounds. Facing the Ammo Dump means clear space as often the Ammo Dump is underground with only one storey level poking out of the ground.

Dear Users, This is based on a request to find out more about " bungalow " houses. Basically a bungalow is actually a complete house. While a semi-detached house is one where there are two units but each house has a fencing at the middle and perhaps owned by two different owners. I will attach more pictures once I take more of these houses. Warmest Regards, Cecil

1. This is an old temple, in the heart of the central business district. 2. One unique feature is the burning of a `longevity' or spiral incense. There are lots of it strung across the court yard.

1. The leaves of this vine (climber) has a fragrant smell. 2. It is common in some parts of South-East Asia especially by the Malays / Balinese to chew the leaves as some sort of an apertiser or rather a habit to chew it with other cordiments placed in the leave. People who regularly chewed this has a rather bad permanent stain on their teeth /mouth.... for those who yearn for white teeth.. this is a no no... 3. It's cousin is the wild betel-leaf. As the name suggests it can be cultivated or grown wild. A very hardy vine and can multiply very very fast. It's flower is cone-like white.. 4. The family name of this vine is : Piperaceae. And it originates from Bali and…

Dear Peck Wun, The approach to the placement of sofa, should be based on the outline of your living / dining room area. For example, if your living cum dining room is in an `L' shaped configuration. It is best to (top view) divide them into have two smaller `rectangles'. The purpose is to form more of a rectangle. If this is the case, you can simply use your sofa to arrange (even a long rectangular) room into smaller `rectangles'. In such a case, there is really no need to place a divider or `supporting' cabinet behind the sofa set. Usually, do watch out if the sofa is underneath a beam. Otherwise, it is still perfectly acceptable even if the sofa does not have it's back…

For the last few years, I have the privilege to work on City Planning for a neighbouring country. I have worked on several projects for this country. This is just one of sample of a "city". In Singapore, it is just like the equivalent of planning Towns like Yishun, Woodlands and some projects as large as several Singapore towns put-together.

Dear Users, Ever since I moved into this house, both pots of plants have been flowering non stop at the home's balcony at the South side of the house. Picture 1: Showing the pot of plant with flowers on the left side of the balcony. (Facing out of the house) Size of picture 32K, please wait loading... By the way, the balcony of the house faces the swimming pool. Here, I usually relax at the pool and admire it's `Ming Tang effect'. *JOKE* `Practise what I "preach" ' i.e. water at the frontage of the house:) Oops, the picture of the person at the pool side is certainly not me! -- I am the one taking the picture from above. Ref: http://fountain.geomancy.net The photo shows a politically correct or in theory a typical "Feng Shui" type of water feature. In the first photo, it shows clearly that the water feature lacks plants = wood element.
