And does not stay there; it has no direct impact on one’s luck. Can only day it will impact on the tenant’s luck.     A circular fence planter makes this home look like aged. As it was popular ten or twenty years ago. For the sake of modernisation; this home had covered it up.. work still in progress. What this does is there is no longer any colours .. especially if plants flower. Plus equally important is that it allows air to flow into the home from that completely walled up area.   9. Revisited on 5th September 2022 These flats are 9th storeys high and seats above Peoples Food Centre and overlook People’s Park Complex. Entrance to Block 32. At the East Wing of the complex. Closer to OG. Front door faces SE towards People’s Park Complex. Highest Floor at 9th storey clears the roof-line of People's Park Complex. But during day time, sound (noise) from it's cooling towers can be heard humming away. But after a while or closing the front door /windows ... Views of People's Park from the 9th Storey:-
