  2. The M Condo @ Middle Road is 99 leasehold. Expected TOP is on 31 March 2024. Under the new Period = Period 9 Flying Star Feng Shui influence. Consisting of 3 20 storeys and a single 5 storey tower and 1 block of retail shops at ground floor. The clubhouse sits on top of this retail block.

  3. As sponsored by The M: “Designed For Property Investors” Feng Shui is about the earth luck of one’s home. This if one had purchased a unit for investment = rental. And does not stay there; it has no direct impact on one’s luck. Can only day it will impact on the tenant’s luck. On your part, indirectly, more to do with ease of rental and for the Long term (if possible). In essence, Feng Shui is not by remote control. If you don’t stay there, physically it has no impact on you or for whom staying there.

  12. 1. The Meyer Place has two "blocks": The tower block and the conservation bungalow. 2. Formerly, behind the conservation bungalow used to be an open space of the previous hotel. 3. Today, this becomes not only a car park but also a swimming pool on the top deck of the car park. 4. Thus, today, you can say that there is a large water position, behind the conservation bungalow of The Meyer Place. The Feng Shui of the tower block has not changed. But the Feng Shui of the conservation bungalow, has changed with the newly TOP The View @ Meyer. 4. From the site plan; from the top view one can see the swimming pool and the conservation bungalow clearly marked. With some…

The Midtown complex with a mix of residences and shops seems to share the fate of the glut in the sudden explosion of many Malls in Singapore. Although, this development does not have bad Shapes and Forms; This has more to do with it being inconveniently located at the fringe of a small Hougang estate. Look at it this way; there was once a spokesperson from a local bank who told me that when an ATM machine broke down; customers would complain that even a 200 metre walk to the next machine is too far... In the future, it may end up with the likes of a Sheng Siong or Giant ... taking over most of a level ... since there is already two NTUC Fairprice near…

  15. Did you know, or for those who are remaining in the vicinity, that there exists a Muslim cemetery situated between Frankel Estate and Opera Estate? Let us take a journey back in time to the year 1954:- The cemetery was formerly referred to as the Mohammedan cemetery. In contemporary maps, it continues to be depicted merely as a Muslim cemetery. The cemetery remains in existence today! It is located south of the Flamingo Valley condominium and to the west of the Elite residences. Since 1954, the cemetery has existed for at least 60 years or more. Currently, Siglap Road connects to Fidelio Street, providing additional access routes to and…
