  4. The Sunny Spring at 50 Lorong 40 Geylang Site plan So far, whenever there is an address with "Geylang" in it; in my opinion MOST banks in Singapore often does not want to provide a loan. Thus often terms of purchase is always by cash... CAVEAT - PLEASE DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT - DO CHECK WITH YOUR RELEVANT BANK IF YOU WANT A LOAN.

  14. The Trumps The RC roof feature encircling the building is truly admirable. T.O.P. In 2005 Really like the 360 degrees wrap round RC ledge if this entire block. Not only is it a cool way to minimise afternoon sun (shade); but also safe to leave some of the windows slightly opened to allow ventilation into the house / room. Can understand the concerns of some developers who fear of the birds. So far, in my opinion I have yet to see any nor bird droppings.

    1. Even if we want to place decorations; it would be good to place "smiling" decorative objects big or small in any development. 2. Some wise homeowners would prefer to choose: well rounded, happy faced lions on their gate pillars vs having "fierce looking" figurines.

  16. Pictures of the two Gods guarding the Door. The picture of the two door gods are also used on some Ba Gua `mirrors' i.e. the First Heaven Sequence Ba gua Symbol is on the top while the two door gods are below the Ba Gua `mirror'. This mirror is usually hung to `ward off evil'. For example, it is commonly placed at the North East (Devil's main gate) main door or South West (Devil's back door)main door . For more information about the First Heaven Sequence Ba Gua, please refer to http://www.geomancy.net/fs/pakua.htm
