With the extended overhang above this 2nd storey stack/unit at block 664A Punggol Drive; One can notice that even at around 3.30pm, the extended overhang roof helps to shade the fa?ade of this unit's room. However, in general, the lower the stack/unit; the greater the range of shade vs afternoon sun hours.

Common sense plays a large part in Feng Shui. For example, in the two examples; it is best to avoid sleeping with the head sharing the same wall with the toilet bowl's piping. In this illustration; these two layouts have one's bed-head sleeping pretty close to the same wall where the plumbing of the toilet bowl(s) are. Do a search for "Dangers of underground water" for more reading...materials

1. These pattern(s) of floor tiles has it's roots or origins with Islamic geometric patterns. 2. These tile patterns were popular in the early 1930's to 1950's.... 3. These two homes along Ceylon Road are using "replica" designs"... as often, due to wear and tear, misuse and renovations; many of the original tilesare long gone... 4. It is a pity that most of the homes have been stripped of their ornate wall tiles and beautiful facade! Like the home with the RED main door!

1. I belong to the old school where all my cars must be installed with:- 1.1. Mud-guard for both front and rear of the car 1.2. Side mouldings to protect the body of the car 2. My wish? 2.1. How I wish all car parks are installed with friendly "Parking Blocks or Wheel Stops". 2.2. My wish came thru when I went for a Feng Shui audit at the Fontaine Parry condominium at Poh Huat Road. 3. The developer installed a "mud-guard" friendly "parking block or wheel stop". 3.1. Such that even if I were to roll my car wheels touching the parking block, my car's mud-guard does not scrape the "parking block". 4. Any way, this is only a dream as unfortunately, I don't visi…

(Yes, 2 short weeks or a fortnight). 4. Can u imagine that? This is why, butterfly buildings (SYMBOLICALLY) are not favoured in Feng Shui. Warmest Regards, Cecil
