Without a proper sketch, it is not easy to comment whether to superimpose a 9 grid or to assess it as an `L' shaped home. For an `L' shaped home even if we separate it into two rectangles; it may be quite trickly for some to find out what is the direction of the main entrance and whether to use to directions (different) grids for each rectangle or superimpose identical grids to both triangles. For Eight House, I find that the Pie method rather than the nine square method is easier to use. The Pie method is to have 45 degree angle for every direction starting from the center.
