These are some considerations: 1. House number report is actually Flying Star Feng Shui. 2. The common Flying Star Feng Shui or the 9 grids has to do with HORIZONTAL analysis. 3. While this House number is also Flying Star Feng Shui and has to do with VERTICAL analysis. 4. Usually, it is best used during a development launch where one can still have the pick of both stacks and individual level units. 5. Holistic Feng Shui: 5.1. For example, let's hope that a home's horizontal Feng Shui is good or acceptable. If the horizontal Feng Shui is not as good and there are major leaks; and the vertical House number or level is not so good; it is like the Titanic which would ultima…

Dear Asha Menon, asha menon wrote: Hello i shall be moving location to Delhi Noida, we have seen an appartment that faces SW. My Kua number is 7 is this a suitable falt front door opening direction for me please advise As long the house faces any of the 4 good directions in your eight house, the house is deemed suitable to you. So given gua 7 is West group facing, so SW facing house is good for you. If the house is built after 2004 (period 8 house), the SW facing will have very good feng shui luck compared to other facing direction, but several sectors will need to be balanced else health issues may arise. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Cen…

Dear Steve, Steve Jhun wrote: The problem is, the house sits on a road that makes a 'T' and therefore the road creates a poison arrow directly to our front door. Steve Jhun wrote: I've read that I could possibly remedy this by hanging a bamboo windchime or even planting somehedges to block this. Move the door position is really not an option. Would a water fountain help as well? Do you have any suggestions to remedy this or should we look for another house? Sha Qi from roads are harder to cure because these are external shapes and form influences. I would say that the planting of hedges to block this will be much better than the use of a bamboo windchime. In feng s…

Further to what I had mentioned, you check out a sample of how an indiviual's ba zi has been derived on their career perspectives. Under this attachment, go to Pages 39 to 41. In this example, this person is considered as a Strong Fire person. Thus he has specific careers relating to his "weath" or "power and authority" or careers that are so-so.

Dear Anon, Thank you for your clarification. In this case, the Flying Star House Number report analysis does not apply. The free Flying Star House Number report analysis is meant for analysing apartment/flats and not landed properties i.e. single / double detached / terrace houses or any other landed properties. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Joan, 1. This is a common sense feng shui approach to feng shui. Image this, for example if someone it not familiar with the home, or if you lack concentration, or if there is a black out etc. Normally, that place where you come up and down the passage way should be a clear space to avoid getting knock when you through it. This is especially if you have children or someone falling down from the stair case. So in such cases you will hit the table. 2. Just make sure that at least there is sufficient light around that area or the sufficient space to walk. That is about all you can do. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Dear Sophia, In every development there are always units that are either suitable to the breadwinner or may have good Flying Star Feng Shui. Recently, a client bought a reasonably good unit with favourable Flying star Feng Shui i.e. the penthouse unit and also not affected by the afternoon sun. There are still several upper floors that have yet to be sold direclty by the developer. As usual, since no two units are identical, both Shapes and forms and compass school FS has to be applied. There are however, some units at ground level that has it's own P.E.S. (Personal enclosed space). Some of these units may have poison arrow in the form of either a pillar slicing thru …

thank you for replying to my question. i deeply appreciate it. if you can assist me a little more. i am thinking of extending the bathroom to a walk-in closet or Dressing room, so that when you walk-out of the bathroom, it is the closet of clothes that you will be in.. however, this would mean that the back wall of the closet would be the wallof mybed's headboard. and the door going to the walk-in closet would be in the same wall as my bed's headboard. will this be helpful or worse? in summary: Plan 1: to install a closet door on the entry way to cover the bathroom door, to make it look like a closet instead of an opening. Plan 2: as you walk-out the bathroo…

Hi, The element of pottery is Earth because it is made of `earth' or originate from the earth. Yes NE and SW are considered the Earth element. Therefore, some books ask that one place pieces of pottery at these locations. However, one can say that this is a " novice " method of looking at placement of objects in the home. Most authors will usually ask one to place water at the North or Wood at the East. Looking at it, I believe, this is very basic Feng Shui that should not be applied if you are using advanced theories especially the Flying Star. You should like what you have mentioned, look at using the Flying Star rather than such a very general theory. With a " 5 " you…

Sorry, I am not sure if I got you correctly. But, as I mentioned earlier, the test is to stand inside the home e.g. at the main door : looking out of it or in the home looking out of the window. If one can directly see it "aimed" or "slicing" the window, then this is considered as a poison arrow. Otherwise, even if can see the pole but it is at the side of the window (not slicing the window in anyway, this is actually not a real threat. But rather can be called an illusional view - thus if this is the case, no issue).

1. Frankly, this is considered as "superficial" and highly unlikely to change to a new period. 2. Take note of the most conservative thoughts:- 2.1 Honestly, some very conservative Feng Shui practitioners today, even do mention that without uprooting the entire home, to them the home is still but belonging to that period. 2.2 Here, the super conservative FS practitioners believe that even major A and A (Alterations and Amendments) may not change as they believe that as long as the foundation is left untouched, to them it is still felt to be under the previous Period. 2.3 To them, a total change of qi is where the whole home inclusive of the foundations NEED to be "u…

Dear Anon, Please go thru the attached chart. This chart shows that person should preferably not register a business in his name especially if he intends to go into business in the year 2027. This is only a sample chart shows not only is the person's 10-year big luck is against the person but also overall luck as inauspicious period. With a weightage score of -22, -26, -24 as very inauspicious periods. These are the people who, where possible should not register a business under their name. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Meei Jinn, Often if you are close to the equator, I personally find that the geographical North often coincides with the magnetic North. For a layperson, one often use a hiking compass. It still points to the magnetic north. For us, we often use a higher grade compass like the Suunto or other better brands. This is because; the higher professional compass often are "balanced" to a specific zone. For example, the Suunto brand categorise the world into 5 different compass zones. Northern hemisphere which includes Canada/North America falls under Zone 1 etc... But one is not expected to buy this type of compass. From my personal analysis; if you are in Singapore, more li…

Dear S L, 1. If one visits some Feng Shui site(s); one may come across quotes like " 60% or 70% of one's Heaven Luck can be " changed ". 2. In the olden days; if one is fairly rich or well to-do or say of the middle income would: 2.1 Marriage Many would seek professional advise to see if the Ba Zi of the couples match or clash? If the match is good; the wedding would normally take place. 2.2 Birth of Child Immediately after the birth of a child; for example; the grandfather or the father of the child would normally consult a Geomancer. For example if the child lacks `water' element; " Water " would be included in his/her name to compensate the shortfall. 2.3 Ba Zi Feng Sh…

Hi, You can still use your backdoor. However, in Feng Shui, the frontage is equally important in the assessment of the house. The frontage is where this is generally the front of the house. The main door may not be at the front of the house. It can be at the side. The analysis here is to go into the home to see the natural lighting conditions. It would be ideal if natural light filters into the house. The house should thus not be totally dark all the time. (What I mean is that during day light hours, it should have some light going into the house. Many people in Singapore who live in " Government Housing Board Flats " would realise this: Light filters in most of the time…

Dear Anon, Under the Shapes and Form School of Feng Shui, it is best to look at the entire area and the interior of the house. Considerations such as: 1. Not only the creek but in general how is the plot of land. Does it measure up to good Shapes and Form. 2. Where possible, there should not be a water position in the house. This is one of the major `flaws' of the house. 3. In addition, think of the scoring in an `examination'. 4. Here, look out for the frontage of the house and neighbouring houses. Are there any poison arrows? If so, can they be cured. 5. Similarly, are there any vulnerability of the windows facing a poison arrow(s). If so can it be cured. 6. Since you a…

Dear Cavas, Cavas Panthaky wrote: When measuring the direction a house faces, does one take the magnetic variation into consideration? If you havegood compass with magnetic shielding to prevent interference. Those reading will usually not be affected too much by other influence from the house or building structure. If not like the earlier post, take a few readings. Especially take one which is on a clear space slightly away from your home. See if there are any deviation from that reading and the one taken at your home. The one furthers away from any major building or power lines will tend to give you a good reading to check against any deviation. Hope that helps. War…

Dear Earl, Please see below:- 3. Nowadays, not many people can afford to make-to-measure furniture such as readily available tables (dining / living / study / work ) tops. 4. Again, many of us do not have the luxury of employing "an imperial carpenter" who in the past, have all the time to make-to-measure furniture. 5. Nowadays, frankly, it does not often matter if all or any of our common furniture need to be auspicious under the Feng Shui ruler or not. 6. However, for the Chinese, the most important furniture to look out is the altar (family altar or altar to place a god e.g. Goddness of Mercy etc..) Otherwise, it is less important issue especially if the fur…

Dear Emily, Only if #8 is a Water star, can we best activate it. However, in your question, since #8 = base star, it will have to take on the characteristics of it's personal element i.e. this is suppose to be an auspicious earth element. And on it's own, using water is not a good idea. Since water is like having a "hole to drawn the mountain". Not the kind of idea to do so. In fact, under a Flying star chart, if there is e.g. a base #8 while one of the other stars is a #5, because of Period 8, the #8 is suppose to reign supreme or take precedence over only one #5 in the chart. But if there are two or more #5 with #8 in a sector, than, this may over power #8. For exa…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: What if my chart shows earned wealth 0, main funds 3, unexpected wealth 1 and unexpected funds 1? How should these be analysed then? It seems that I have much moreskills and talents than wealth. Am I right? Just wondering can skills bring about wealth in this case? Or any relation? 1-2 deities quite average. 3-4 a little more. So yes, it would seems that you have a little more skills, than direct wealth luck. You have to find out for yourself what are your skills, by means of skills it can be anything (ie. some people very good with maths, music, art etc). Say if good in maths, then becoming some engineering can be beneficial, good in arts m…
