  2. Dear Anon, Wu and Chen are by themselves a Self Punishment sign. This already means that there are some kind of misfortune to occur. As to the severity it depends on the type of additional clashes combinations or situation which they occur in. Just like any clash or harm, there are good clash and bad clash, so it all depends on the situation. However, it is generally said to bring some inauspicious situation, especially when Wu meet another Wu or Chen meets another Chen. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Dear Eric, Frankly, if there is a double 7th month, often if someone is celebrating their lunar birthday; then the 1st 7th month is considered their birthday. Given that you have a constrain, here i.e. delay if renovations do not start, then, for practical reasons, you may carry out your renovations. But during the renovation period, avoid or try not to visit the home frequently especially to spent time to eat - sleep or eat - bathe or bathe-eat, there. Avoid performing a "supervisory" role during the 7th month when renovations are carried out. Warmest Regards, Cecil

In my opinion, your statement is too general. But, the true test is to stand inside a unit main entrace door and look out for pillarsor support beams such as those for covered shelters. Thus most likely would often affect a unit or a few units that's all. Unless the overhead bridge structure has spikely trellis etc.

Dear Master Cecil Lee, My KUA number is 2. If I place the stove facing SW direction, the stove would be next to the sink (only one foot apart). If I place the stovefacing NW direction, the stove would face the kitchen door. I am very frustrated and don't know what to do. Would you please give me some advice? Any helpwould be appericated.

    1. Please see attachments. 2. Under symbolism in Feng Shui; the house number 2B placed on the gate pillar symbolises UP. 2.1 While the house number 2B can actually be considered as "UP". But, because the number 2 is up and the next B is down; some may have doubts in it's placement.

Dear Anon, "From what I've read so far, every room is in the wrong place, lighting is bad, beds face wrong way - I am overwhelmed and don'tt know where to start! " My personal advise is that if you are doing Feng Shui on your own, not to do it in a real `hurry'. For those who want to do it immediately should consult a competent Feng Shui practitioner. Otherwise, if you want to do it on your own shoul spent time understanding at LEAST the following MAIN TOPICS:- 1. Shapes and Form 2. Compass Schools: Flying Star and Eight House. Alternatively, many people have lived without ever knowing what Feng Shui is and are equally successful in their live. Some people have also …

  15. Dear Carlene, From the description you have provided, it looks OK to add a window. The only acceptions are: 1. After it is installed, check that there are no poision arrows e.g. sharp corners from neighbouring buildings that point to the windows. 2. If Thee is a poision arow, you may need to neutralize it e.g. using thicker curtains. It is better to have a room with natural light than a dark room. For skyline, it is adviceable not to have it above a bedroom for privacy. For practical reasons and not Feng Shui, one reason is that it maybe exposed to thieves. Otherwise, it is acceptable to install a new window. "Listmanager" wrote: __________

Dear Ana, Please refer to the attached. In my opinion, the love seat is inappropriate to screen the main door from the staircase. It is best that a screen be used between the main door and the staircase. So long as the stairs is not seen, this will no longer become a threat. A few months ago, I encountered a case where my client redo the second level such that the staircase faces the main door. This is not healthy. Ever since, they had done so, and with other problems i.e. main door facing windows, these lead to many leaks in the home. The end result is that they continously face finacial problems. Generally, a mirror at the staircase landing (say at Marking `C' under th…

    1. Frankly, Feng Shui is not a cure all. 2. What is often, really needed is to do a full assessment based on the Holistic Approach to finding out what is wrong. 3. The Holy Trinity of Luck:- 3.1. Luck comes in three forms:- 3.2. Heaven Luck - born with 3.3. Earth Luck - Feng Shui of the home and office 3.4. Human or man luck 4. Only through a full assessment - in particular: the review of one's Heaven luck and Earth Luck can one get a bigger picture to identify what are the issues and problems, first.

Basically, Traditional Feng Shui practise feng shui through the use of many concepts such as Shapes and Form, Compass Schools (Eight House/Flying Star), Ba Zi, I-Ching etc. They make use many of these tools which helps to personalise a person to the home. Black Hat Sect practise using static templates (ie South-West is Romance corner for example), so every's Romance activation sector is South-West. 1. Please refer to my most recent comments under this topic: Identify Period Of House Posted in: Earth Luck :: Flying Star (Xuan Kong) House Posted on: Sun, 02 Nov 2008, 21:46 PM, 2. The above message highlights two major Arguments and my comment is that if necessary, one may need to consider drawing several Flying Star charts for such a home. Frankly, this is the most sensible approach which is adopted by many competent practitioners.

    1. The best method is to plot a flying star chart of a home. And use this flying star chart to analyse each sector. 2. For example, if a sector has a water star #3, then this is considered as a bad wood element and planting bamboo or plants can even further create "harm". As #3 is associated with scandals, conflicts, lawsuits. The above is just one simple illustration to show that it is more prudent to apply Flying star in such a situation. Not withstanding, the dragon and tiger etc...

Dear Users, This has to do with BELIEFs than Feng Shui: 1. Attached illustration showing that it is inauspicious to use a divider to keep shoes (facing the main entrance door). 2. It is very inauspicious to give a friend a pair of shoes. Warmest Regards, Cecil P.S. Pictures not available for those listening in under the mailing list option.

In my opinion, there are different opinions with regards to this. Frankly, some geomancers don't even associate the two i.e. a chiming clock and NE or SW sector. Thus, if they are truly not either aware or too concern about it; then this is one consideration. Often, if one practises Flying Star Feng Shui; and applies Flying Star Feng Shui; As a simple e.g. sectors that have CONCENTRATION of YIN stars e.g. 2, 4, 6, 8 plus if these locations are especially the storeroom or a basement area; then even if these sectors are not NE or SW, can harbour COLD spots. If you have put two and two together and find yourself in doubt; then; you MAY if you wish; if feel not so comfortabl…
