Dear Anon, Based on Shapes and Form Feng Shui, it is best to place the fountain either within or at the balcony area (of the frontage). In Flying Star Feng Shui, we usually use it to locate the water stars e.g. #1's + #7's. However, if we are not using Flying Star but basing more on `intuition' then: 1. Dear Marie, If you mean that it is displayed facing `looking' inwards of the house. It is best to avoid, having a dragon figurine facing inwards towards the interior of the house.
