Dear Edelyn, In my opinion, it is best to ask specific questions. As it is nearly impossible to reply to a very broad question such as yours. For example, under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, are there any `threat's to the home; things like location of toilet etc... As mentioned above, without constructive questions, there can-not be a constructive advice. Like Henry Ford had this to say: "You can have any car, so long as it is black". One has to go beyond saying that the car is black. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: Could you please throw some advice on How to find the House Number and Cures for the Bad Numbers. Your advice will benefit all the members of geomancy. I won't go into the calculation details as it is all done by our free report. This report basically is an extension of the Flying Star concept. It's purpose is to assist users to determine which unit number is deemed more auspicious. This is especially useful when there are two units layout exactly the same, except one is one 4th level and another is on 7th level. So this report will be useful to determine which unit wil have better unit number Qi. Since this report is basically an extension…

Hi Anon, The above are advanced level fengshui and must not be messed around with because if it is applied wrong the consequences could mean total disaster especially the castle gate theory. All of the above theories but one(replacement theory) help to improve your wealth/finances. The replacement theory deals more with the loupan reading that is if the reading falls within a certain degree, you cannot use the regular flying star chart.

Dear Bansari, Bansari shah wrote: Hello, I live in 3 bedrooms house and we have exposed beam in all bedroom and the hall with high ceiling in the middle of the room. Initially I liked it as it makes to look your room big. Now we feel too much pressure on our head.I heard one option is to put flute, but the ceiling is too high for this.Is there any other option to cure. The best way is to have a false ceiling which will cover the beam entirely. The flute is the next best solution. Refer to this previous post on neutralising a concrete ceiling beam:- URL: http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=19&mid=4609 Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Rob…

Dear Michael, Since you mentioned that almost the entire house has overhead beams; it is thus impractical to place `cures' at all beams, in your situation, you can:- 1. Above the bed location, use 6 ancient Chinese coins tied to a beam. Here, the 6 coins can be used on only one beam to symbollically cover 3 beams. Therefore, you do not need to place 6 ancient Chinese coins at every beam but one immediately above the bed. 2. Using the above guideline, you can place 6 coins at certain locations that you or your family frequent. For example if the sofa set happens to be directly below a beam, than place one set of 6 coins. 3. Where possible confine placing the coins only e.…

Dear Asucena, The `cure' depends on the element of the beam. If the beam is a wooden beam, it is best to tie 6 Chinese copper coins together and hang it on the beam. Here 6 Chinese copper (metal) coins represent `Big metal'. This is where metal destroys / neutralises wood (the wooden beam). If the beam is made of concrete, you can hang two wooden bambo flutes as follows: ------------- / \ flute flute You will notice that the flute forms the profile of the top of the Ba Gua or Trigram. Dear Jun, The two most important considerations are: 1. Try to the entire room rectangular /square and not odd shaped. This includes the existing and new area. 2. Avoid creating missing corners or sectors for the extension. It is best to have a top down view of the property to ensure that the house is not odd shaped. 3. If the house has a profile of a head i.e. head jutting out of the home, avoid making the `head' of the house heavy! An illustration of an auspicious house becoming inauspicious due to a heavy `head' is as follows:- http://www.geomancy.net/fs/grandpa1.htm If one makes the head of the house heavy, it is very inauspicious and can result in death of the bread…

Further to what I had mentioned: 1. The key success factor is always: Location, location, location, location and location. 2. Here, it suggests the "Big picture" more towards Macro Feng Shui i.e. the External environment, the Site, the Building. This is akin to top jobs such as CEO, CFO, Senior Management positions. 3. Often, when we zoom into a unit or apartment; this is like the troops: and can range from the equivalent of middle management positions to clerical. 4. If one has been in the army, the site, building befits positions like Generals, Colonels, Majors. 5. While the unit or apartment is similar to non commissioned officers ranging from Lance-corporals, corpora…

Dear Charles, Given that this is a business premise, you can do an audit for: 1. External =========== Here, one should look at the site, the heart of the building and do a flying star from the middle of the building extending out. Purpose: water position(s), mountain positions and not forgetting shapes and forms FS. 2. Internal =========== If you are only investigating your office, it can be done. I am always open to those who provide a sketch to locate the centrepoint etc... If you have one will be better. Since, I often worry about commenting on descriptive sentences....I rather, not if I can. Hope u understand. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Anon, I hope you can understand that since no two homes are identical or similar, it is quite difficult to place an exact percentage to a home. But often, especially in Asia the concept "the rich gets richer" remains very true for the fact that they often can buy beautiful sites to build their homes. The ideal type of homes are considered to have a "quantum leap" in Feng Shui. Which I had already shared some of the information. These types of homes usually have the characteristics of excellent external shapes and forms. While some others "borrow" or rather "rob" luck from others. Under the second category "rob" luck, here, you will often see a Geomancer scanning …

Dear Robert, Generally, wealth (whether Direct Wealth or Indirect Wealth) are good regardless of whether there are more direct or more indirect wealth. Everyone would like to have as many of these as possible. A person with extremely good wealth luck means that they have more than 7 or more at any one time. Most average person have between 2-4. Some even have 0. All it does show if any are how much wealth opportunities a person might be given or have in their life. One must remember, that wealth does not necessary mean pure physical money. True wealth in the old traditional chinese is children. In fact, children are a person's greatest wealth. I mean if a person has 5…

1. In my opinion, unless there is a specific "ceremony" or religious ceremony; or performed by a priest or high priest; 2. Otherwise, any ordinary folk painting a figurine or even "painting" the eyes does not constitute the above para 1. 3. Thus, in essence, any "Tom, Dick or Harry" that paints an eye on an object is a non-issue and does not convey a "religious" purpose.

Dear Chris, Besides using the wind chime as "decorative" pieces or some use it to enhance Qi, the other uses include placing it to `neutralise' sha qi such the edge of a corner. The caution is to avoid placing a metallic wind chime at the Metal sectors i.e. West and NW. Plus the Devil's gate located at NE. Some FS practioners use it between the two bedroom facing doors as mentioned by you. Another method of counteracting this is to pave a screen in one of the bedrooms between the bedroom door and the room. It should preferably be around the height of the door. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Hi Anon, This has been mentioned many times. Suitability is one area which cannot be corrected. You either should avoid it or move to a better direction to completely remove that problem. The other way to reduce the impact is to have more favourable colours (ie your clothing colour etc). This will also improve your luck and thus reduce the inauspicious impact from the suitability issue of the Eight House. Other areas ensure other feng shui flaws in your home are fixed. These will help reduce the impact of the inauspicious work direction. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Mr Cecil, How are you?I hope you are in the pink of health.I have a few questions to ask you regarding the facial moles that i have on my face.I'm feeling miserable lately thinking of whether is it suitable to remove the facial moles on my face.I have one that is just above my left eyebrown. It is beside the no.5 mole and above the no.6 mole.Is it suitable for me to remove it?As you mentioned that mole remover will change a person luck and fortune, but what if a person remove a mole that is a good one? Will it affected our luck and fortune too?Is there any remedy for it?Your kind reply and guidance is most appreciated.Thank you very much..

Dear Ramesh Ramchand, Unfortunately, suitability to a home just like the external factors of a home is the hardest or almost impossible to correct once you have purchased the house. Thus, it is important that when you are hunting for your home, you make sure these two areas are good, else there is very little you can do afterwards. The only advice here I can give you is to ensure that all other areas such as flying star of the home is corrected, enhance your own individual ba zi, and ensure that at least you have a suitable bedroom location to help offset the adverse impact of the unsuitable house. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for …

Dear Anon, Most of the time, our office orientation (sitting) is constrained by either the layout of the office and the use of system furniture where we are not able to tilt our table. Only those who "own" a room may perhaps change their directions. Again, often if the furniture i.e. cabinets, sidetable and table are fixed, also difficult to change, here. However, Eight House Theory or 4Good & Bad directions has limitations, in your situation. There is no magic cure for this. Since you cannot do much, here; have to consider other situations like looking at home Feng Shui. Warmest Regards, Cecil Quote: Anonymous wrote: I am currently facing my 'Death' position i…
