Dear Sharose, Thanks for the picture. Perhaps it is a coincidence that you got flu (i.e. maybe duly worried and have lowered your resistence to flu). From a Feng Shui point of view, in my opinion, there seems to be no issue with the neighbour's fence. However, I cannot see your main entrance, but looking at the roof of the neighbour's home is pointed towards roughly your foot-path towards your main door? If so, this can be a sha-qi. My kua number is 7, and I read that the Southwest direction is best for health. I'm from the Northeast part of the country (USA), but I moved to the Southeast a few years ago and I've felt ill since I moved here.
