Many of the good units in The infiniti (if u are referring to this development). Many units face NE or SW. But the worst ones #9, #17 etc... face a noisy highway!

Given that both #28 and #29 are similiar; one should try to "map out" which is a better interior in-terms, as you had mentioned for the East Group persons. At the same time, try to check that NW is not at the kitchen or (if possible not at the toilet or a missing corner). Quote: Is the stack on the right (eg stack 29) better than left (eg stack 28) on the same blockfor a east group person so that the bedroom can face SE instead of NW. But that would mean that the main door would be in the "opposite" sector.

Dear Toni, In your case, there are three sets of principles you can apply:- 1. Interior layout of your caravan should follow some of the suggestions provided under the topic " The Home " e.g. the position of the basin in relation to the stove and the position of the bed/table. 2. If you know your true element and it's strengths (Pillars of Destiny) you can apply it to your van eg. if say you are considered a person with weak water: you could enhance your caravan by having blue, grey (as an example). If your element is Water, and you have some designs or logo, you could have a logo that is wavy to represent the Water element. 3. When parking your caravan at night, follow s…

Hi, Really sorry, but currently there is no ancient written documentation on cars. I think this is quite obvious as cars were not invented then. The only aspect is on whether it is auspicious to travel towards a specific location. If you are moving around your city or community, then this most likely cannot apply. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Veronica, 1. In my opinion, no. This is not Feng Shui. Neither is it Ba Zi (Eight Characters/Pillars of Destiny). 2. This is because, what you had mentioned, cannot be related to The Five Elements Concept and Yin and Yang. 3. Most probably, (in my opinion) the practitioner may have his/her toes laughing when he/she gave this advise. 4. Many of us genuinely approach a FS practitioner for advise and I must say; really what was mentioned goes against any commonsense approach especially what makes it special about say a Toyota vs a Nissan? 5. Numerology methods can be very (very) diverse. It may have to do with phonetic sounding words e.g. 8 or `Fatt' (luck) in Cantones…

Dear Kaushal, 1. Frankly, from my own personal experience, the use of Feng Shui and or Chinese beliefs would achieve mixed results. Usually, in this area, I believe, advancement in science would be a better hope. 2. In Chinese beliefs, when one get married, on the wedding day, a relative's son (not daughter) would be asked to roll on the couple's bed. The preference here is a boy and never a girl because the preference is for the couple to give birth to a boy to carry on the surname of the family. 3. My sincere belief, is that since most of the time, mixed results if not disappointing results make the use of `FS' or Chinese beliefs unreliable. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Wasis, Frankly, Feng Shui is not meant for curing such situations since there are external factors involved. It can only help in bed placement but this is less of a priority than other methods especially through science. If science cannot really help, some go for other alternative medicines (provided they are suitable e.g. some people bring to the patient animals such as a `friendly' dog or to some one known to the patient to talk to them. In some siutations, (most probably not for this case), some use acupunture. Warmest Regards, Cecil Regards, Wasis

Dear Anon, In the past, concern was more for the measurements based on the Feng Shui ruler. For example, it was found that the imperial foot or more commonly the size of the briefcase was an auspicious measurement which was considered good for placing documents. Although colors has meanings e.g. Red is considered auspicious etc... what you had mentioned e.g. may in someways taken based on Life Associations concept i.e. fixed templates, in my opinion, what you had mentioned goes more towards commercialisation than anything else. Thus, personally, I would not use the information based on the article. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Anon, I am afraid Feng Shui is not a `cure-all'. It has no basis on curing one's back. Perhaps, you would like to see a doctor. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Hi Master Lee, My husband and I are planning on having a small house built and I would like you to take a look at our house plan to determine if there are any Feng Shui improvements that can be made to the general layout of the plan. I also have some specific questions below: 1. The main front of the house faces between the S and SE direction, which faces the right side of our land when looking from the street. It does not face the front / street of the property. We chose this direction to allow for future expansion of the property on the left and right sides of the house, and it is considered an auspicious direction for the Kua numbers of my husband and I…

Dear Anon, 1. For those who have not done a proper FS assessment for a child's bedroom can:- 1.1 Depending on the age of the child, create a more yang environment. For example, if it is a young child of 3 to 6 years old can paint the bedroom in a bright colour and hang.. other decorations e.g. ABC.... etc... 1.2 The key essence is how the child is brought up. If the child is quite independent and has been sleeping in their own bedroom for quite some time, this is a good sign. 1.3 However, if the child has frequent nightmares and wakes up in the middle of the night or constantly bed-wetting the bed, it is good to look further into it. 1.4 As a parent, you can, I believe, …

Edited by Robert: Frankly, this question is beyond free advise simply because in order to determine what is the best lot you need to review the lot to see the external shapes and form, and you need to also evaluate the date of birth of the breadwinner (especially) to see which is the best lot to have the best facing direction. So not going to be something that anyone can just give you and advise. It is recommended that you seek a professional analysis to help you determine this. Dear Sir: My family is trying to chose the lot for buildinga new house. Please advise what direction is the best? South West? South East? Also, the lotwe are looking at has 2 houses at both sid…

Dear Beng Swan, 1. For Feng Shui in business, the most vital question asked is: 2. Is my business doing as well as those IN the SAME industry? 3. For example, if one owns say a provision shop in a neighbourhood. One shop is doing well and the other is not doing as well; Feng Shui can help. 4. But if one's company is e.g. in the Dot Com industry; where there is a high rate of `cash burn'; no amount of Feng Shui can help in such a situation. 5. For businessess, it also involves many factors e.g. 5.1 Marketing / Competitiveness of the good i.e. pricing 5.2 Is your market a niche market? or entry into the market is easy/difficult? 6. Is your marketing channel adequate? Adve…

Master Lee, I just moved to a new office building. We all have cubicles. The problem is, there are overhead beamsholding light fixtureshung fromtheceiling, one is cutting directly on top of my head where I am sitting. As I can't move to another cubicle, what can I do about this overhead hanging beam? Also, aside from working hard, what are good feng shui practices to gain career recognition or promotions or to keep away from office politics. Kind regards, Anon

Dear Lorene, It is best to have the bed in good Shapes and Form positions (first). Under the Eight House Theory, one should sleep closer to one's best sector. Or use one partner as a `shield'. For example, if the husband's sector is health at the west while the wife's is irritation (west); then let the husband sleep closer to WEST and wife sleep further away. Warmest Regards, Cecil

1. Please be careful. There is no known crystal or stones that have such magic powers. 2. Maybe, we should not be reading too many Superman cartoons of kryptonite and it's effect on him. 3. In Singapore, many people were conned into buying a "magic" stone which claims to be able to cure cancer and other ailments. These victims learned the hard way with their hard earned money. 4. Cavet Emptor! Let the buyer, beware! 5. Remember: Charity begins at home. Might as well keep the money for a rainy day or bring family members for a sunday lunch treat! Why should we line the pockets of con-persons with our hard earned money. 6. Shhhhhh! Let you in on a secret... the Mo…

Further to what I had mentioned, a more accurate description of this concept are "These people are Interior Decorators who only come in to advise after the home has been renovated. And, often wants us to depart with our hard earned money on some useless objects. With the hope that their clients will feel nice after being conned by them."

Dear Mogford, In my opinion, if one considers a small apartment i.e. studio / bachelor's apartment: 1. Usually, the Feng Shui of the building and site should be considered. As this has the greatest influence on the unit i.e. or small apartment. 2. It is difficult to apply Feng Shui concepts especially the Flying Star and even the Eight House theory especially since the apartment is small. However, these concepts can be applied but as mentioned under Para 1; in my opinion, it is still best to relate it to the entire building. 3. One has to remember that majority of times, Feng Shui is applied to a large area and is used to find a city. 4. Under micro Feng Shui, it is the …
