These are some considerations:- 1. Using the Search feature on the TOP left frame of this forum; searching for a term " bedroom above garage "; reproduced are some sample links: http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=20373&new= http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=10788&new= http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=2000&new= http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=22243&new= 2. Dear Anon, Further to what I had mentioned, most of us are aware of the Holy trinity of Luck. Often, the third dimension: Human Luck or Man Luck can pull down our luck especially if there are frequent quarrels in a home or unhappiness. Therefore, besides, Heaven Luck, and Earth Luck (Feng Shui), harmony in a home can help to boost one's luck at home. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Sim Oh, Sim Oh wrote: I have a desk facing 170 degree South which is a corner of the living room, it's a corner desk. Working on the desk has always lead to unproductive work and stress. Isee several potentialproblems with such a layout. 1. The corner from the cupboard will be cutting into you whenever you sit and work. Really better to have a rectangluar table that extends from the cupboard. 2. Also, it is often better to work on a rectangle shaped table rather than such triangle shaped table. 3. The facing direction you have indicated, means that you will be hit by the West sun light if there is no other room to shield this room. I cannot be certain because you…

Frankly, this type of layout plan is quite common. From a general Feng Shui point of view; not that critical. If you don't like what you see when entering the bedroom door; then simply close the toilet door when not in use.

Hi, Overall, we do not really need to `worry' ourselves on new kitchen gadgets: 1. The fundamental reason is because if we do not get our " basics " correct all these little or minute issues are over written by " global issues ". For example, if one lives in an apartment and there is a large building that sent poison arrows to the entire building, this is considered bad Feng Shui. Or the house is at the Y junction or T junction. No matter how much we improve the interior of the house, it does not matter as the residents are having bad Feng Shui. The issue here is that they should first look at ways to `protect' e.g. their front door etc.. Nowadays, the focus is on the ind…

Dear Buck Seng, Please refer to this url to help you more accurately determine the direction of the main door. URL : http://www.geomancy.net/fs/cecilcompass.htm As for the direction, there is a range which the angle should fall under. Under the generating a Flying Star Report at http://www.Geomancy-Online.Com, there is a template like version of a compass, denoting the range of each angle. Alternatively, there is this url with a description of what you need and the break down of the angle:- URL: http://www.geomancy.net/on/f-need.htm Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Frankly, as far as I know; no one has done any studies (if any) in this area. It is good that you have perhaps look at both charts and you felt that on which nature intended you to be born is more accurate.

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: My husband and I are trying to have a baby and we realized that if I were to conceive in Nov05/Dec05/Jan06. The baby will most likely be deliveredduring the Chinese 7th month next year. Should we avoid this? We are worried thatour baby'sdestiny will be affected if he/she is born in aninauspicious month. Please kindly advise. Generally, a child's birth date is often less impact by the fact the month is Chinese 7th month or Qing Ming or etc. Each day will create a different luck for the baby. It is very hard to tell you how the luck will be unless you check the ba zi for every day within next year to see which day is better. Even that, differen…

I must truly apologise for the info that I am going to provide, below... For those who don't have a stomach to read the message; I strongly suggest; please skip this message! ACTUNG! You have been WARNED! These are some of the considerations:- 1. Frankly, no offence ... I just glanced what you had wrote and this immediately flashes into my mind: "A little knowledge is considered a dangerous thing!". 2. OK, let's assume that in this "tiny" world of Fung Sway; and there is this person who only eats and sleeps and swear only by the Eight House... erh... good luck to you! 3. Even in the Eight House and micro-management of the Eight House concept; there is such a thing…

1. Yes, you can definitely ignore fake birthdates. 2. In fact, the "truth" or real birth date is critical! 3. For example, often we get clients that have a family member that told us that they can remember exactly their lunar birth-day. And this date is properly converted back to the western date. 4. In the past, many people were born in remote areas and often, there is a time lag between their actual day of birth and the day their family member say; went to a police post to make a police report. Thus their actual birthday is 7 July 1930. But their birth certificate shows 17 July 1930. But their parents had recorded somewhere or still remember that their "child" was …

When one is sitting "upright"; face where one's eye's mouth and nose are would be good if this is the "good direction" or "nice-to".

Dear Anon, 1. Usually the hauntings is at a Yin location. For example, the North-East (Devil's Gate) or South-West or West or anyother locations that are influenced by Yin elements. Examples of Yin influences include large number of plants or a tall lone tree outsie the house. 2. Another method is to look at the Flying Star numbers and relate it to each specific trigram and their significance. For example, under the trigram interpretation, you could find: rope, young person, red. Here, you may find that a young lady who wore red was hanged at the specific location. This feature would be included in this website computerised report. 3. Some of us may through our six sense…

Dear Anon, 1. The `concern' here is not a poision arrow i.e. sharp corners aimed at your living room window, but rather the garbage dumpster. 2. It depends on the lighting filtering from the living room. One can either use `opaque' film or use curtains or if the smell is foul, close some of the windows. 3. A Ba gua mirror is meant for a. Some FS practitioners with religious inclinations may advise using it to protect against evil. b. While some FS practitiioners, advise the use of it to deflect Sha Qi or poison arrow. If you an see, your living room window or exterior does not `qualify' for either 3a. or 3b. Therefore, my advise is under Para 2. (unless, there is indeed a…

Please get someone competent to access for you. Frankly, if your office is a small one, it is ever better for you to concenrate more on your business than to squeeze in an aquarium. Many highly successful businessess don't rely on it for their business. In fact, if you say that you own a site and want to locate a water feature outside your building.. usually that is great! Quote: my question and my problem is could you identify the wealth area or corner of my office and where should i put my aquarium - the south east corner of my office is where the toilet situated so we have missing corner (do you agree) - currently i place my aquarium inside my office partition look…

Dear Anon, This area has more to do with beliefs by some people or from advise provided by practitioners. The rationale for some people who do not view roosters is that: Roosters seems `picky' or combative. Quite often some get hold of two roosters to fight and wager on bets. And some consider the characteristics of roosters as `sharp' tongued. Thus, due to this symbolism, roosters (symbols) are considered not favourable in the home. As I mentioned, this area has more to do with beliefs than Feng Shui. Personally, I find placing a rooster figurine no harm. Warmest Regards, Cecil
