Hello, i would like to hear your advice on this home im thinking of purchasing. It's on a sloping street which is considered to be bad, so i read. But it all depends on other factors also. I would love to hear your opinions on it. I have included pictures showing a view of the house from the entrance of the driveway and doing a 360 degree to show the street. Also 2 pictures of the backyard which shows it sloping down also. Thank you!. http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/1530/67310241.jpghttp://img233.imageshack.us/img233/1950/72158514.jpghttp://img859.imageshack.us/img859/1214/32525997.jpghttp://img225.imageshack.us/img225/9968/37470096.jpghttp://img38.imageshack.us/img38/…

Dear Karina, karina sev wrote: I am a new to FS. Irent a studio appartment. I couldn't find my layout plan. Is there is a way to do it myself? I afraid to do it myself cause i afraide to make a mistake in sizing. Can you advise me please what should i do in this situation. I attache the rdawing i made without exact size, just in case if you need it. You only need a proper layout plan if you really need to have the house audited so that people can proposed where is the best bed position etc. In general, there are a few homeplan software available on the internet that can make it easier to come up with the layout plan:- URL: http://www.homeplanpro.com/index.html In any…

Dear Cecil I have tried to arrange my room according to the 4 lucky directions etc. I am a Kua number 2 based on my birthday 1971. I rent a room in a bungalow and I use it as a bedroom and office. It is located as in diagram on the North/North East corner of the house. My dilemma lies in the place of the bed and desk in relation to the toilet and room door. As you can from the pic, I can only use the western wall opposite the two doors, and I have to put my bed in one corner and desk in another corner. I put the desk in the NW corner of the room (Longevity Corner for me) and pointed it NE(Prosperity for me). By Shapes and Forms school I am diagonal to the entrance door bu…

Hi, I work from home and my office is in NW (Death) sector. My working position is kind of in between N and NW. (N is my Health direction) The room is in the corner of the house, so half of it is in the North sector and half is in the NW sector. When Im working Im facing South, which is my Excellent direction. The door of the room faces East which is my Prosperity direction, and the windows are facing W and SW (Spook and Irritation). Although I dont know if those matter that much. I guess the sector the room is located in is the most important factor (and not the door etc.)? This is the only room I can use as my office, so I dont have much choice. Im…

Edited by Robert: Added the second post into the 1st post. Frankly, it is better you seek professional services to help you as it is hard for anyone just to give you advice withoutconsidering / troubleshootingall the factors. You will need to troubleshoot what are the areas that are wrong, then attempt to correct them properly, otherwise if it may only end up making it worst if wrong advise are given. There are so many user who are having problems but it is not possible to personally attend to each and everyone. The best I can do for you is provide some tools for you to do some of your own troubleshooting. I have credited 1 x ba zi premium and 1 x flying star report …

Dear GoldenDragon, 1. Under the Shapes and Form School 1.1 Do not place the table on an `island'. Where best, it should have the support of a wall. 1.2 For the office, it is best to be located in a room in the house (with sufficient natural lighting where possible). Avoid a `dark room'. 2. Under the Eight House Theory 2.1 It should be a location with good intangible force for yourself. Avoid having it at an inauspicious sector. 2.2 Of secondary importance: see if you can sit facing a good direction. The above are general guidelines without taking into consideration the Flying Star theory. If the Flying Star theory is considered, one can try to locate it at one's good Ei…

1. Frankly, you have already said it. 2. Some things are out of one's control. 3. Given also that this is not your own home, as I have always mentioned:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/The_Concept_of_Maximizing_Marks 4. You may have to look elsewhere to maximize other forms of luck. Given the limited information, if you are considering D.I.Y. then, you need to do as much research as possible.

Respected Master Lee, We have a house facing North (it may be a few degrees towards West). Please see a rough layout below. We are looking to expand Bed2 and Bed3 towards North by 5 feet (currently there's porch there which we want to move inside by moving the walls). Edited by Robert: This is only a free advise forum. House hunting is not a free service as that requires lots of work to just determine whether which house is good or bad. I can only tell you this much. For aa Gua 1, as long as the door faces North, East, South-East, Longeivity for the breadwinner. Of which North and East would be the better facing direction that fits your eight house and ba zi. As well as the other bedrooms also suitable to other family members, than that will be the most ideal home for you. Dear Master Lee, Eight House - North Gua Number -1; East Group Ba Zi - Weak Wood Aside from the north facing main door, what other suitable facing main d…

1. South is the three killings sector thus avoid any renovations within this sector. 2. If this (South) or any other sectors have; for example flying star numbers like: MS#3 with WS#4 and Base #9, then it would be best to keep that sector "quiet". Thus if one's home and that sector has this then if we need to implement a cure, try not to use "noisy metal like wind chimes etc..." 3. Thus, it is fool-hardy to try to arrange the TV console area each year! Does not make any sense. Especially nowadays, many homes have a feature wall and some even have their TV sets "nailed" to the wall. 4. Thus, if we have fixed our TV sets or unmoveable console, it does not make sense to m…

If the master bedroom and all the rooms is not suitable to the spouse canthey still sleep in it. If someone ask me to audit a house should one tell them to place the remedy specially 5yellow …

Dear Sudarshan, Usually, the belief is that the flow of Qi should be `slowed' down in a horizontal passage. Depending on the width of the passage-way, potted plants could be placed on either side of the passage. The size of plants / pots depends on the passage way. If the passage way is too narrow, then, small potted plants can be used. The pots can be alternate to each other and the number of potted plants depends on the length of the passage-way. Warmest Regards, Cecil

1. One can apply the concept: G.I.G.O. (Garbage in; garbage out). 2. If one is applying the Chinese Horoscope; most of the time; they are just using your Year of Birth. 3. For example, most of the books will say:- if your birthdate is between: 7 Feb 1978 to 27 Jan 1979, you are born in the YEAR of the Horse. Reference: http://www.lovesigns.net/horoscope/ayear/a60-80.htm 4. Often, a reputable site will provide a good analysis of your ba zi. Based on MORE information: YEAR / MONTH / DAY / TIME of birth to derive your ba zi. 5. Thus, the more inputs given: YY/MM/DD/HRS; often, the better is the analysis:- Most Chinese Horoscope ================== Usually looks at Yea…

DearCecil, Thanks so much for the prompt reply. Your opinion has been very reassuring. You are right, i supposed for most of us, we tend to look for 'concurrence' even if deep down we already have some 'innate guidelines'. And its great to know that everything is a blessing depending on how we interpret & take it! Thanks for your confidence; I 'll try to 'overcome' any seeming incompatibilities and strive to see the positive in day-to-day occurences. Wishing you the best of happiness, health & wealth! Take care & cheers! Chloe

Dear Chung Mi, 1. In the past, I have mentioned about the idea of mirrors in the bedroom and the concept of: "How sensitive (thicked-skinned) are each of us?" 2. The "mirror" example: 2.1 Many of us have different tolerance levels. Often, we do hear of many persons who can literally sleep with lots of mirrors in their bedroom e.g. on the entire cupboards etc... And, these people, can really sleep "like a pig!". 2.3 But, we hear of the fantasy story ofa princess, who despite placing a single needle under her mattress, and stacking up many mattress, she can "feel" the needle. 2.4 So how sensitive are you? 2.5 Unfortunately, nowadays, our sensitivity (I suspect) has to…

Dear Mr Low, One has to take extra care when using water positions in the home: 1. If the breadwinner's ba zi is weak fire or strong water element, water in a home can cause more problems. 2. Specifically, one must understand the two major purpose of the use of water: 2.1 In a real life water fall, it is because of the friction of water with air that brings beneficial results. 2.2 A water feature is useful to provide clear space for the frontage of a building. This is because, nothing else can be built above the water feature or pond i.e. providing clear space. 3. Normally, when placing a water feature outside of the house, check to see if the property is sloping or not.…

Dear Shinta, In real life:- Huo-lu actually is the Chinese word for a stove be it a modern or olden stove. While in romanized Mandarin, there is no such thing as wou-lou. It might have being either wrongly spelt as referred to the above "huo-lu" or are you referring to a "hu lu"? A hu lu is actually known as "bottle gourd". Traditionally used by many practitioners to neutralise sickness stars e.g. #5 or #2. For example, some FS practitioners may require one to place a bottle gourd ( hu lu) next to the bed to "suck away " sickness? Thus of these bottle gourds have a cap some do not. And many have wordings on the bottle gourd(s). Warmest Regards, Cecil

1.Sorry, I don't see the blue tegolla roof. 2. In general, guidelines for roof and exterior wall colours are as follows:- 2.1 GREY OR BLUE ROOFING (TILES) If grey or blue roof is used, then it is preferred that the exterior walls are "white washed" or white colour. 2.2 CLAY COLOURED, MAROON, ORANGE ROOF TILES White or off-white or cream or beige are best common colours. (Light green MAY be considered) 2.3 GREEN ROOF TILES Best to go with white or light green exterior walls.

Dear Teresa, 1. Appreciate if you can elaborate further. 2. From what I read, perhaps you are mentioning that the main door is located at your `disaster' (Eight House). And this is influenced by Flying Star #6 mountain with #7 water? 3. If this is the case, we should not mix the Eight House with Flying Star. 4. If #6 is with #7 (and without looking at the base #no; then these two are metal elements: #6 is strong metal with #7 weak metal. 5. Again, with reference to the base #no; this can be considered as a classic case of "wealth" corner in Flying Star Feng Shui. 6. Under the Flying Star Feng Shui, if there are: 6.1 If this is frontage of the house (which signifies clear…
