Dear Radha, Generally, if the renovations are major (ie replacing roofs / hacking of walls / adding roomsetc), then your house would have moved to 1990s (period 7). Usually for houses that are old, it can be sometime hard to say for sure unless you know what have been done. This is particularly useful in determining which of the two units say #13-79 or #11-79 has better luck. The descriptions of the impact does not really occur. Hi, i was running a report report on a house number on a property I want to purchase. The house number is 11800 and it was build in the 90’s and remodeled (roof shingle replacement, flooring, etc) this year. The report using the two periods are drastically different.
