Hi, I would like to know if this building has good fengshui. http://www.jtc.gov.sg/Products/business+park/changi+business+park.asp Facing NE with water features flowing in. Building is rounded with back facing SW. Only funny design is 1st floor is below street level and therefore water like a stream flows into the central foyer pond like a valley from NE. Second floor has another visitor lobby and is street levelfacing SW also has a small water feature behind. Building has 9 floors and is completed in 2003 and I think should be period 7 building. Still some touching up at the top floor...Not sure if its period 8 as some say near period 7 end building is period 8... …

Dear Anon, In my opinion, the question asked, may have more dimensions than what you had mentioned, below. For example, other major considerations like: 1. Is the stove facing a good direction (often should face a good direction suitable to the woman "head" of the home.) 2. Best to avoid placing the stove directly at the NW compass direction. This is known as "fire at heaven's gate" - considered by many FS practitioners as a very inauspicious location. For the stove as well as an oven or even a toaster oven, here. 3. If the kitchen is located at the South (fire element) compass direction of a home; it is OK to have the stove facing a water position. But if the kitche…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: I have recently renovated my house. My kitchen wall & floor tiles is orange red. My kitchen worktop table is black colour.I have heard thattoo much red colour is not good feng shui for kitchen. Is this true ? If yes , what can I do about it ? Too much of any single colour isn't good. In feng shui, the idea is to create a balance and harmony. This means that you need to have a balance of all five elements. Only then will you get perfect harmony. In terms of a single room decoration, it is best to always have at least two or three elements. Preferably three elements, because it will create an auspicious five element flow. ie water - H…

Sophia Chia wrote: Where is the ideallocation to place theimage of the Kuan Kong orhang an image of Kuan Kong? Is it ok to place at the entrance of the house or at the living room. Understand it is symbols of protection in the home or office. Dear Sophia, This is not Feng Shui but rather, it is a common practise by many Chinese to place the Kuan Kong (holding a Chinese long sword) facing a main entrance. Since he is holding a sword, he should not be facing into or "looking" at us in the living room. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Anthea, You cannot compare two different method's analysis. This will be like comparing an apple to an orange. Even in just the feng shui / horoscope, if you use Eight House gua element, this also does not match the ba zi element. Why? Eight House calculates fromthe year of birth, while Ba Zi calculates from date and time of birth. However, even though both gives you different analysis, but you will know that certain analysis you use Eight House while certain analysis uses Ba Zi. Same with nearly all concepts. Pu Kua or any Divinity method is aconcept to attempt to predict what might happen or to help choices. This is entirely different from like Ba Zi which only…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: But I know, my renovation of the house will include wacking of wall, making flooring and furniture from scratch. It's totally empty and not furnished yet. Yes, if based on your renovation, it does not matter if it is a period 7 house now. As the "wacking of wall", will likely convert it to a period 8 house. So what you should be doing is planning the home so that it fits the period 8 house chart to benefit from the period 8 house luck. Hope that helps. Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: I'm a gua 7 that makes the east a death sector. However star 6 is metal, 1 is water, and under bazi I'm strong fire. Is it as bad for me? Death sector is the worst of the 4 bad direction under the eight house. The East sector of the house is Wood element. as a Strong Fire, wood only makes you stronger, thus is considered again a unfavourable suitability. So it means that you are entirely not suited for any bedroom or facing direction of a house that is East. The flying star of the bedroom isn't too bad. However, as long as your bedroom is unsuitable, no matter how good the luck of the room, you will simply not be able to benefit from it. Ano…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: My facing is actually N1 but the main door is in the sector SW under flying star. Under period 8 it is star 5, f9, s7. Anonymous wrote: 5,9,7 is this a good combination? Under the period 8, unfortunately this isn't a good flying star combination. 5 (Strong Earth) - Inauspicious Sickness Star, 7 (weak metal) - Inauspicious Robbery Star, 9 (weak fire) - Average Future Prosperity Star. The combination is such at instead of enhancing the future prosperity star. This star influence is being converted to activate the inauspicious stars stronger. As such, it is considered overall inauspicious sector. Water and Wood element essential to help con…

Quote: LEE JOHN wrote: I would like to seek your advise on the feng shui at Regentville condo. Dear John, In my opinion, there is nothing "fanastic" about the Regentville condo. However, each unit / apartment has to be looked at on it's own merits and also whether how well it fits the breadwinner. Overall, it was TOP in 1999. (99 years lease)And todate, it is already 6 years old. When some of the units were put on resale in 2000, price per sq foot (psf) was at a high of $621 to $528 psf. (crazy price) But now, prices have dropped to as low as $390to $450 psf. If we look at re…

These are some considerations: You wrote: 1. if I can still activate both these stars with water and mountain feature, because star 7 is considered inauspicious now in Period 8 and I also have a base and annual star of 3(bad star) at the entrance area also, unless you meant that my house period 7 luck will continue into period 8 without any major renovation to change my house to Period 8. 1.1 In general, from 2004 to 2023, #7 and #7 x2s will continue to be a bad number: Theft and Robbery star. #7 = weak metal. 1.2 If there is an annual star = #3; this is considered as bad wood element. And under the Five elements concept: Water fuels wood. Thus, in theory, placing a w…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: Recently I just had my new house key & now started renovation. I am just wondering ifit issuitable toplacean air-con abovethe bedroom's door? Is that a bad location? Thanks for your help! Generally for air-conditioner placement. You should avoid if possible to have the air-con located above the toilet door or directly above your bed. These are two not so good placements. The other aspect is to ensure that air-con does not blow directly into your face when you sleep. This may cause you to wake up the next day and catch cold. If you do have such a placement, then adjust the air con flap to blow down, so that it does not blow at an angle tow…

Edited by Robert: Would appreciate if you add in a topic subject, else I have to edit the message before posting it each time. I read in one of your advice that you have to check the flying star for a particular period first, cure any afflictions, then act on the flying star of the year. Does this mean that if my house is in period 7, I have to cure first any affliction in period 7, enhance the other stars in period 7, then check the flying stars in 2005. Please advice because I am really confused with what to do like: NW - for Period 7, I have water star and mountain star 7, base star 8 and my death direction is this sector. For 2005, star 5 is in this sector. What am …

Hi Shi Fu, My office layout is half partition cubicles. I am sitting in front of my colleague who is my assistant, ie. my back is facingher. I feel insecure and lack of support and fear being back-stabbed in this sitting arrangement. However as she joined the company before me, and she had been sitting there since she joined, my manager can't change her seating position. Is there any way to avoid/ overcome this back-stabbing thing by putting some ornaments or plants on my table ? Thank you for your kind assistance.

Best thing to do is simply just offer a little prayer to Grand Duke apologising for disturning him before you start work and probably choose a good date also. These should minimise any impact of offending the Grand Duke especially to the owner of the home. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center …

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: Based on a couple's birth details, is it possible to tell whether a particular year is a good year for them to purchase a new house, property? The ba zi can only tell you what luck you are supposed to enjoy in any particular time and period. This is often used to check whether it is a good date, good month, good year etc. So you can make use of it as a guide whether this is a good or bad year to own a property etc. However, purchasing a home is only one aspect. Finding a good hosue that fits the family and has good overall feng shui luck is more important. This is because the house luck can adversely influence your ba zi given luck. Thus, fi…

Dear Masters As indicated by Master Cecil some time ago, the units #20 and 21 of Block 90 are the best units in Lakeholmz. I noticed that these units are actually east-west facing where the living room windows face east and the afternoon sun is directly at the main entrance. Does this then affect the feng shui of these flats?
