Avoid like the plaque if the home happens to land on the compass direction 22.5 degrees as this type of home is on "no man's land". Thus 26 degrees is within NE. 3. So really don't get what you had written? 4. If the home really falls on 22.5 - if in doubt, don't buy that home, please.
