These are some of my opinions: 1. In my opinion, the greatest key success factor of activating a mountain is if invariably there is open space and perhaps a window or two or if it is a landed property the dining area opens to an (open) court yard. 1.1. Here, it is akin to e.g. the highest form of "pure luck". Be it a mountain or water wealth star. 1.2. Thus, if there is an opening of sorts like a window or an open court-yard, this is far better than anything else to enhance wealth position. 1.3 And if we do spent time at this area e.g. dining area with say an opening; then we are talking about achieving high marks in improving one's luck. 2. Thus, we are talking of very …

  6. Dear Toni, Presently, it is my belief that the two elements that one should be concerned are: 1. Water Water signifies "difficulty" in the I-Ching. Usually water at the centre of the house would pose a problem. 2. Fire (real fire) as in a fire place is the second thing to take note of. The second part is less of a concern than water but more study should be done on this area. Other than that, having a linen cupboard is the lesser of the two `evils'. I believe that this is of less concern. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Anon, Non-Feng Shui chatter... 1. To be truly honest, in this day and age, the first major consideration is on whether, have you installed an alarm system or if it is, is the system adequate. 2. This is because, as much as we like to use Feng Shui cures, things like #5 x 2 (misfortune sickness) can sometimes be twarted in a home by e.g. the installation of a hepa air cleaner etc.. 3. On the Flying Star Feng Shui 3.1 If the above are adequate, than, yes, it is best to neutralise the frontage with water position and a wind chime. 3.2 This is because, firstly the alternative of flying to Period 8, NW3 does not seem very good also given that P8, NW3 is not a very g…

There is very little feng shui aspect that you can do to improve the sale of the house. Like you mentioned, the best would be to check out the best ba zi day or time, which might boost your overall luck. But ultimately, whether a potential buyer even notices that you have a house for sale depends on your real-estate agent's ability to get people to notice your unit is for sale. Ultimately, your location, priceof your home, how clean it looks etc. All these will be the determining factor f…

If you see the picture of the "paranomic view" of the picture, the dragons are on a high wall facing the road/street. The dragons are no where facing inwards the Chinese Chamber of Commerce. In the picture, there are also two Lions guarding the `huge' main door. Warmest Regards, Cecil

  13. Dear Tervino, It boils down to time factor:- 1. If one analyses the Eight House Theory carefully, it only considers the YEAR of birth. 2. Thus the Kua numbers under the Eight House Theory takes into consideration house directions based on YEAR of birth. 3. Pillars of Destiny, uses the YEAR, MONTH, DAY and TIME of birth. More advanced Pillars of Destiny considers two more pillars : Pillars of Life and Conception. Here, the final result or one's final element is considered `more' accurate than the one based on Kua numbers under the Eight House. Thus, in reality, one's Pillars of Destiny's element is theoritically more accurate because of this. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Geomancer, Kindly advise if there's any adverse effect if there's 3 water tanks directly above HDB flat? Am occupying the highest floor - 16th floor and the 3 water tanks span across mainly the Living room, 1 bedroom and part of Master bedroom. Seems quite big in size from the floor plan. Will presume that the3 water tanks are storing clean water. Thanks for your kind assistance! Lene

  16. Dear Anon, For office, of course it will be good to have some window as it will firstly look nice and bright. But even if you do not have the window is fine especially in use as a store or warehouse. In addition, you will have a lack of nice view which can be very good impact on a client especially in a waiting or meeting room area. In addition, there will be no additional entry points for Qi to enter into the office except the main door. Hope that helps. Of course that won't be as favourable as having both a industry and job scope that is favourable. So it will be a mixed element career. As to whether good or bad, really depends on the element. In my opinion, these are some considerations: 1. Overall, based on Shapes and Forms, majority of the blocks are tall point blocks (from a distance much like thoseHDB 5-room point-blocks of themid-1970's era). 2. Onegood thing about such "point blocks eg.Blk 20, 26, 28, 30, 32 - based on Shapes andForms allows qi to flow well from most directions. 3.Majority of the stacks face North-South directions (slight tilt) towards the north-west but in general most of the developmentunder Flying Star Feng Shui should be Period 7 (10 years old) apartments: stacks facing either North or South directions. 4. Based on current Period 8, 2004 to 2023, the better facingstacks (standing…

In general, for any animal it is best to have them a pair. It is not auspicious to have 3 as it would be like there is a 3rd odd one out. If you relate it to a relationship, it is like having a 3rd party. So not not really advisable. It is best you either keep the 3rd duck and only display the 2. Dear Master Thanks for you advice. The house is a Period 6 house (built around 1968) and my best direction (prosperity) is north west. The house front faces South east, the back is towards north west and the toilet is in the centre of this north west sector next to the back door. I have been lighting a candle in the toilet and placing water in a wooden bowl inside as well. Will this help? Also, can a iron bell or windchimes help to activate this section of the house for me? I hope you can advise me further. Thanks again. Regards Peter

Dear Anon, 1. Frankly a small water feature is nothing more than a "play" thing.. Not effective and often, one becomes a "slave" as this small water fountain is always "thirsty"! Needs to be constantly topped up with water else it goes dry fast! Due to evaporation and air-conditioning drying the water. 2. For a proper water position, best to use Flying Star Feng Shui to determine where is the Water star #8 (current prosperity) star). 3. Similarly, you should determine where is the Mountain Star #8 and the stone can be placed at that sector. Warmest Regards, Cecil Quote: Anonymous wrote: Hi Master Cecil. thank you for your fast reply. I have one more question. I have…

Dear Lindsay, There are quite a few stores, have unconcealed ceilings `similiar' to what you have described. Overall, it is acceptable to have the beams especially if it is at the display area. This is why the customers walk around and they are not under the beam at prolonged times. However, for the office (or admin office) try to avoid working under the beams. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Anon, Grateful if you can further elaborate on the extension. For example is it an `external' extension for a car park or an internal one. If internal, what is it used for. In addition, anyone who is familiar with the history of the house. This is because, beside the new extension, we could perhaps, `back-track' to see if any events match the flying star of the period. Warmest Regards, Cecil
