  3. 1. In theory, (or in general) this plot of land that you had described is inauspicious since the lot is wider in front and narrower in the back. Under Shapes and Forms, this is already an "inauspicious" indication. 2. For "cures" it has more to do with the concept of maximizing luck from other Feng Shui concepts: where areas where good qi can be improved on and bad qi supressed. 3. As this is considered a "major wealth" leak under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, for the owners of this home, cannot afford additional "major wealth" leaks else, it can lead to all down-hill all the way. 4. If n…

  4. About Le Cresendo Condominum I recently visited Le Cresendo and captured some images of the church. The majority of the views from the bedrooms or kitchens don't appear to be intimidating... However, this is just my personal opinion. The only issue is that if you ever need to sell the apartment, potential buyers may have the same concerns as your initial doubts. 1. These are some factors to consider: 1.1. If one is worried about living near a temple, church, or similar establishment, others may have the same concerns. 1.2. With property prices on the rise and new developments closer to MRTs, it's important to think about how this will affect resale value. …

    1. Further to what I had mentioned, sometimes we tend to look at a picture.. and only see one image. 2. For example, there are many instances where some consider "it" as a missing corner. But instead, a sector should correctly be seen as a protrusion instead. 3. In this case, there is a potential issue called "Sha Qi = poison arrow". 4. The fortunate thing is that there is a huge distance from marking in Purple: C to D. Thus for condos and even lower ceiling HDB's; the distance from any of such "poison arrows" is negligible as the distance is pretty far... 5. Please see attachment.

Iam very distressed by my new neighbour. Staying in HDB and being Indians, they like to dry their clothing in the common walkway. Their cloth hanger, that is the bamboo pole to hang their clothing is pointing directly towards my door. I put plants and crystals to deflect the poles which is considered poison arrows. I just hate it and I have strong desire to move out. Pls help and advise how to harmonise.

  9. In my opinion, 99.99 percent of all Shapes and Forms Feng Shui can be related to "commonsense". Ranging from toilets, bedrooms etc... Thus, if it has no basis in commonsense, then most likely it is hocus pocus and not Feng Shui. One major technique of Shapes and Forms is QI. And it is very useful to use our imagination especially to see how qi moves, meander - flows.

  11. In this instance, the loft bed is positioned nearer to the window side. The circulation of air towards the head of the bed is influenced by the window openings. A number of modern apartments feature windows that can only be opened from the side. If the window is located on the side of the bed-head, some Asian children may feel uneasy due to strong winds blowing towards their bed. Therefore, it is essential to take into account factors such as window placement, presence of full or partial walls, and location of bedroom doors.

  15. Dear Anon, 1. To be completely candid, such items do not possess any "magical" attributes. 2. In recent years, a significant number of these products have become purely commercial ventures... Somehow, many individuals appear to be swayed by marketing tactics into purchasing these items. 3. To be truthful, these commercial goods are prevalent because they can be produced inexpensively and sold at a high price. Furthermore, many of these items do not guarantee wealth for their owners! Once sold, caveat emptor! "Let the buyer beware!" 4. Consider it this way: during the era of my parents, grandparents, or even great-grandparents, many of these products we…

  19. Hi Master Cecil, Happy Lunar New Year and Gong Xi Fa Cai! I have a few questions which I hope you can help: I have read from your previous postings and replies that altar dimensions from floor to table top should be between 124.1cm and 128cm, the ideal being 126cm. May I ask if this dimension includes the 'base height' of certain Guan Yin Statuettes? Some statuettes come attached with a base (e.g. a lotus flower base) of about 10cm where Guan Yin sits on, hence, if we add the dimensions of the base, it will be 136cm (if floor to table top is 126cm). On the fengshui ruler, it would not be considered auspicious, is that a concern? Secondly, are ther…

This "light-weight" disabled lift system can be found at Fairprice, Marine Parade Central. Compared to a full blown lift, maybe one can consider installing such a lift. You can see that all one needs is a "hole" from one level to another. And the exterior is like any other room doors and wall panels.
