Dear Terri, In terms of selling a house, there is very little you can do using Feng Shui except to make the house look nice and clean and make a list of what are the benefits (ie near MRT etc). The only thing you can use Feng Shui if there are any good benefits based on feng shui to add value. Otherwise, nothing much you can really do. The other area which you can attempt to improve the luck is individually. ie based on your ba zi, ie a strong water person, so for example.
