If only, is much bigger, and closer to the passage-way, you could investigate it. But, since, you mentioned that it is a small business, and if it is not close to the main entrance or lobby or has it's own door at main lobby, but rather, need to enter the office via, NW3, then, in my opinion, NW3 should be used, here. Under Flying Star Feng Shui, often, sectors that have #4 or #3 (are related relationships) together with the combination of #1 water .... relationship issues.. Dear Mabel, The key to your "concern" is the centrepoint. The centrepoint or centre of gravity of the home is like the heart of a home. If you really cannot find the centrepoint of your home, you may have to obtain a copy of your layout, glue it onto a cardboard paper. If the home has many indents, cut out the outline. And balance it on a nail or pin to find the centre of gravity or centrepoint.
