Particularly the movement of the elevator creates Sha Qi at the centrepoint of the home which is not ideal. (The near equavalent is the toilet at the centrepoint). The staircase is a secondary (problem) as when compared to the elevator. Frankly, we normally wish or hope that there can be an effective `cure' but this is best avoided (if one can).
