Hello, I am trying to decide between two apartments, A or B... Both are 2-story loft apartments built in 1985. I've tried to understand the info you have provided but am not sure which unit has "better" feng shui. I would greatly appreciate your assist! => A is 500 sq ft with it's own entrance (townhouse style), no one above or below but does share the SE wall with neighbors. Dear Master Cecil, Kindly refer to the attached picture. I'm intending to buy a unit (i have not offered but interest is there). The common toilet door partially faces both the common bedrooms, Bedroom 1 & 2 in the attached picture. In this manner, what should i do to nullify any negative effects, if there is any? Also, the master bedroom door is directly in line with master bedroom toilet door. If i were staying in this unit, what do you suggest i should do ... if i make sure i keep the master toilet door shut at most times, will that be sufficient? Thank you.

We have decided a date for Dong Tu after ensuring the date does not clash with us. Dong Tu Date : 25 Nov between 1pm to 3pm However, our contractor work cannot make it on 25 Nov , can only make it on 26 Nov. is it ok for them to start renovation work the next day after Dong Tu? Dear master, I am currently staying at my apartment for 7 years. Recently my place have been having some issues on electrical appliances breaking down. Hi Master Lee My house has three doors in a straight line. The first door is the main door and is the biggest door. The 2nd door is the middle door and opening to the open concept kitchen, dinning and living room. The 3rd door is the sliding door and opening to our big backyard. I attached our floor plan below. Hi Master, I've heard that it is good to add a partition inbetween Main door and window to avoid the "Qi" from directly flowing out. But have also read that placing a partition after the main door is bad as it blocks the "Qi" from going into the house. Please advise if you would recommend placing a partition based on the floor plan. Thanks!

Hi, I'm looking to purchase a new house with the following layout. The 1st floor is rented out to a medical clinic (with a primary care physician, a dentist and a physical therapist). The 2nd floor is the primary residence area. I was wondering if it is okay to live above a clinic? Also, is the feng shui of the overall house okay? Is the kitchen too close to the entrance, bedroom, or the center of the house?

Master Lee, Is there any concern if lifts are just right beside main door - the entry/exit direction same as main door? How to remedy? Any difference if lifts are on left and right side of main door? Please help and advice. Thank you.
