For MS8, if it is at the north and if there is a wall behind it (not an open window), than the mountain star can be activated here. As opposed to the west. Since you had mentioned that west has a ws8. And ws8, goes with a water position not a mountain position. For example:- MS = 8 This is the current period - mountain star location. Dear Anon, In my opinion, this is perfectly alright and no need to check for an auspicious date as yet. This is also because we have not gotten the key as yet - and thus has "no ownership" of it as yet. In the past, many of us, took the opportunity to view our uncompleted homes (many times) and there should not be any issue. This is because in the past, there were very few condos and when the site was quite near completion, one could virtually slip in to take a view especially in the evening when the workers had generally stopped work. In your case, based on your limited information, it would seem that the facing direction should be North as opposed to NW (main door direction). Do check out the above information.
