The lower markings or the second level or on some rulers the bottom readings are for the dead (Yin Feng Shui). Frankly, there is often no issue with the need for an exact dimension for a painting. More importantly, if it looks nice and appeals to our "man-luck-factor" or "feel good factor, this will be good enough! Dear Hoa, As mentioned, in the earlier message, it is best to provide the # numbers. For a fire cure, often, check to see if a sector has good natural lighting. This is the best solution. But we need to understand that at such an early stage i.e. where Period 7 has just slowly wane-down and Period 8 is still "climbing", it may still take at least up to 2005 to see an effect of such a change. Yes, your current strategy is considered sound, since I believe, this is what most practitioners would advise their clients to do (less the idea of having to do a major renovation). I believe sometime back as far back as 1999 or earlier, there was this example of underground water (or sewerage pipe) running under a house. And so happens that this German study, mentioned that there was a high incidence of cancer where beds were placed either above this pipe or close to it. Perhaps, maybe the pipes had corroded or etc... We do not know. Where possible, as you had mentioned, try to place your furniture especially sitting position as far away from the pipes. Dear Anon, It would be OK or beneficial for bad stars to be "drowned" in a toilet. This is much better especially for stars such as #5 or multiples of it and/or #2 or #3 to land in this location. On the contrary, (INSTEAD) it would be a waste for good stars to land into such locations. For example, it would be "unfortunate" to have say a set of double 8's to land in the toilet bowl!
