HI, we plan to buy a house but the only place to put the bed is on the same wall as the sink....half of he headboard would have the sink opposite to it. Please see attached image. Is this okay?

If you notice the inverted tray, check for any sharp corners. These sharp corners at the bottom of the `tray' seems to me like pointing downwards. Since you have a son, there could be other underlining reasons.
