My house number is #09-104 (Period 7), facing SouthWest. Thanks for your advise. Not to worry about the flying star analysis results for house number. The flying star number analysis only helps to tell you whether the unit is considered auspicious or not compared to another unit above or below you. Basically, that is about all. That analysis will only happen if the stars of the sector contains the mountain star is 6 and the water star 2. So I won't …

Dear Rae, 1. I am glad that your fish is getting well. 2. Frankly, I am no expert on fishes /fish tank. Perhaps, I feel that (my guess) that it could be that there is high level of oxigent content in the fish tank. 3. Since everything is OK even with the green algae, try to monitor the situation. Let me relate to you an incident: 4. Many years ago, one of my friends related to me that their home (landed property) had a orange (clay) roof. After sometime, because of the fallen leaves on it, parts of the roof turned/covered with greenish material. At the time when the roof started to turn greenish, it seems that luck began to pour into their home i.e. his father was lucky i…

  5. Dear Anon, In the living room area, see if a water feature can be activated here to drown or dissolve double #7's. It is still possible to fly to Period 8, but this can be a slower process i.e. repainting the entire ceiling at one go, having celebrations at home etc... Warmest Regards, Cecil

Should I use a bau qua and if so, how? What about plants and where? I know I can notput a tree in front of the yard because it will block my main door, but should I put one anyway, but just away from the main door? Of course, if you can put a fence to help block the corner, that would be best. If not do what you can with the fence, and probably add a bagua mirror to deflect…

    1. If one wants to play safe, one can always readily purchase a Feng Shui ruler to try to work out favourable measurements as much as one can. 2. In most countries, the kitchen cabinet width is always 2 feet. 2 feet is an auspicious measurement. And because of our size and height, many of the height of the stove range between 34 inches to 35 inches. In fact, in the past, the stove is approximately 34 inches in height and the sink (is suppose to be higher) at

Dear Sir, I am considering an entrance level flat in a P7 , NW2 5 storey building. There are 10 households and 5 levels above ground in the building. 1) Attached is the map of the area, building is right under the purple pin, with the pool to the right. I understand this building should face a mountain form as a cure to it being an ''up mountain down water'' flat, There are bushes almost 2.5 meters outside the main entrance of the building- again in NW2. These are high so that my entrance level flat's living room windows which are in the same direction as the entrance , see nothing but these bushes. These bushes are not high as the building though, they would not be seen …

Dear Anon, There are two `issues' here: 1. Usually, we do not look at your element e.g. weak fire or strong water with external water positions. 2. Priority should be given to balance the exterior of the house. Warmest Regards, Cecil

  13. Dear Major Sono, 1. Yes, in Feng Shui, one has also to rank the importance of the various concepts and theories. 2. In general, without looking into detail, the layout plan viz-a-viz things like the location of the main entrance, toilet locations, it would be good to have the President's office located at a `solid' location protected behind by e.g. walls ... 3. Thus you are not wrong to say that an office or room should be diagional to the main door. In addition, the placement of the table in relation to shapes and form is best. 4. Only after the above is `satisified' then you see if you have the luxury of facing a good location i.e. `nice to have'. But not compulsory. Wa…

Dear Deborah, It would be nice if you can draw a sketch or use a paint program to draw and save as a .jpg or .bmp or .gif:- 1. A sketch of the house (if possible, proportionate such as where is the main entrance and the T junction) and roughly can see the distance of the ancient well and how far it is to the house i.e to the right, left or centre?. Roughly how deep it is. I hope you can understand that without a clear look at the outline such as the impact on the main door, any gradient. (I hope I am not asking too much but if it is not a sketch, it can be alternatively pictures). Apologise, if I asked too much. Warmest Regards, Cecil

  17. Sorry to hear about your situation. 1. It is best that you feedback to your existing local geomancer. And ask the person for further advice as it is not like posting a few lines of text and then "worse-still" expect a miracle to happen. 2. Even if you have been reading resources; it does not mean that it can be "wholesale" applied towards your situation: The saying goes: "a little knowledge is dangerous".

Dear Tonya, Usually, in selecting the home, emphasis must be placed on several *IMPORTANT* factors: 1. You should try to evaluate each house and their Shapes and Form. It is not good if the facing direction of the door is a good direction for you or your husband but subsequently, there is a major flaw in the Shapes and Form of the house. 2. Flying Star. There is an optional report under www.geomancy-online.com where it will advise you on all 24 directions of the Flying Star in relation to your Eight house. The Flying Star analysis tries to find a house with a good `Birth chart'. While the Eight house is to determine how suitable the house is to you. 3. Thus it is not so s…

    1. Usually it is difficult to provide an exact comment based simply on several lines of text. 2. You mentioned that the door is NW. Do a search under this forum and you can find discussions or concerns of a kitchen located within NW. 3. Usually a picture of the ocean on the wall is not good for Feng Shui of the kitchen unless: the kitchen is located in the South compass direction of a home. In general it is worse off if the picture is located in the North compass direction of a home. If in doubt, remove it, first. 4. Frankly, it is never good to do just piecemeal or "fast food" feng shui as many other considerations such as drawing up a Flying Star chart; knowing you…

Dear Anon, 1. The closest Chinese `theory' that can analyse a child's future is: 1.1. Pillars of Destiny, 1.2. Palmistry. This area is less popular today. But it is still able to `map' out a person's Heaven luck. 2. Pillars of Destiny One must understand that Pillars of Destiny is suppose to map out a person's Heaven's map. However, the `escape' clause is that it can be changed especially by: - interaction with the surrounding e.g. family, - education, - relationships with friends etc.. - technology and advancement in science, such as test-tube babies, artificial insemination, advancement in replacement of organs etc... 3. More importantly, give your child, love and affe…
