Dear Cecil, There are is a fence on the back of our apartment seperating it from the next building.. The design of the fence is such that there are arrow shaped iron bars pointing to the back of the apartment The back is the West which is also the sitting direction of the apartment. What can be done to protect oneself 1. Keep the windows closed and curtained -- what u dont see does not harm u 2.Put convex mirrors to deflect the image of the bars 3.
