Dear Jo, In my opinion, it is best not to apply `sector/corner' "Feng Shui". This type of "Feng Shui" is a modern invention and no basis in the (wide scope) of Traditional Feng Shui. No Traditional Feng Shui practitioner would practise such things (with the exception of Feng Shui authors.) It is so easy to write books based on this. If possible, do more checking and/or speak to some of the neighours (tenants) of the building... to get some more information.
