Seek General Advice from Master Cecil Lee

  1. Started by myfs_155783,

Dear Mr. Lee, Thank you for suggesting the use of fire (as in lights) to neutralize the potential of further arguments and lawsuits with my nasty neighbors. You have also suggested to locate the flying star #3 on 20 years and yearly. I have rechecked my flying star report for the house, which is a NE and 8 period house. 20 years #3 is located on the South and yearly #3 is located in the Center. South is 3-7 combination and Center is 8-3. I have been using red color decorations on those 2 areas since the beginning of this year.I am thinking maybe I can use red lights instead. South is also right beside the back door. The back door is in a small back porch which is like a…

  2. 1. In general, yes priority should go to the Flying Star Feng Shui. As it is "real time" or dynamic! 2. For example, if one asks any army (or navy), "real time" intelligence "beats" static non dynamic info all the time. 3. Thus drawing a parallel to Para 2, above, and the above reasoning, priority should always go for "analysis" or "approach to an action" based on something that is or close to real time. 4. While, the Eight House/Mansions should be considered as NICE to have and not a MUST have! Quote: Katrina L. wrote: Hello again Master Lee, We plan to build a new house facing W3 and sitting E3. According to my eight mansions chart, SE is supposed to be my best loc…

Hello Cecil A friend asked if I hv an answer in Feng Shui term with her recent experience. Perhaps, you can help! 1. Wife is a weak Water, Metal being her favourable element & Earth is most unfavourable 2. Husband is a strong Fire, Earth being his favourable element & Wood is most unfavourable The husband bought a motorbike recently. One day when she got to her garden she was startled to see a huge brown snake coiling around most of the front bike up to the handle bar. Jokingly I said to her that perhaps she is being smothered & almost choked with some personal life pressure that was a little obvious from my observation. Thank you. Rosni

Dear "Robert Lee" Need your advice. Which choice should I choose a room for mykids. Main door entrance NE (Devil's main gate) and two of the rooms inauspicious as well. One off it Death location (NW) has a M#4 B#9W#1 and the other room Spooky (West) has a M#3 B#1 W9 joining the line SW (Devil's back gate) Irritation has a M#8 B#5 W#5. I remember in your forum, stated place a dragon figurine facing out of the window directly aimed at the SW direction of the house and for the main door entrance NE, another dragon aimed at themainentrance door. Well, the dragon figurine (as fire element) will it affect the environment of the main door/house as under flying star M#2 B#2 W#…

Dear Sumita, Frankly, there are so many considerations in Feng Shui besides the NE main door. It is difficult for me to put it down in one forum message. The clue here is to: "Try and maximize your marks, in all areas - where you can." Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Anon, 1. Please do not be unduly alarmed. 2. This is because, in the earlier case study; I specifically mentioned that there were instances of an `unclean' temple. 3. Since, you had clearly indicated that a temple or place of worship does not exits; you should not be worried about the situation, 4. If the is no temple, just look out for an additional situation i.e. a lone tall tree (trunk) at the NE or right side of the home. 5. Another senario of the above case study is that the set of Flying Stars at NE of the home that I had mentioned were `too yin' or had many yin stars that flew into that sector. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Hoa Luong, Please see below:- For example:- - water in the water fall is = water element - do try to add some plants inside or out of the water feature = wood element - fire element can be in the form of lighting (turned on automatically with a timer at specific time e.g. 7.30pm to say 10pm. (or fishes with red colours also account for the fire element). - metal can be in the form of fishes e.g. koi etc...

  8. Hi, Due toa coincidentiall meeting with feng shui Itryed out some of the free reports here.My situation is this, I?ve recently been provided to move to another house. Overall it would be ideal for me both practically and finacial to accept moving to the "new" appartment. But I have only succeded to confuse myself, trying to understand the reports. According to the free reports = I?m = NE , weak fire type, this means I shoud increase the fire & wood elements to be a happier beeing. But these elements signify my bad sections ? House = built 1952, restored 1997, is a housewith only two previus owners, a lady living happily there from start to old age and a smal family …

Dear Elena, For such situations, it is good to keep in view the additional considerations for NE/SW. Other than this, if the main door favours a person at NE/SW, they can still look for such houses. The consideration here is to avoid, creating too yin an environment (if one does not use the Flying Star to analyse the house). If the Flying Star is used, check that there are not too much Yin influence. If so, try to correct the imbalance. Overall, there are practitioners who, found that the house does not match an owner and thus, if the main door, is at NE, they would advise their clients to tilt it to a good direction that favours the breadwinner. This is like killing two …

Greetings master and fellow users of this forum! I have recently got a house that is a NE2 Period 8 house. A Reversed house, Parent string. I haven't moved to the house just yet, I have plans on building a small pond in the SW2 and enhance a small mountain at the front (there is a building that is higher than mine, but a little further, so I want to create a small artificial hill incorporating my front fence). I have two issues now: 1. how is the period 9 going to affect this house? 2. I'm a Xun Metal monkey (female, born in 1980). The main door is on TIger mountain, so a direct clash. What do I do to make this house a harmounious Parent String Formation fo…

Whereas, the #8 star is actuallyin the South sector this year. Can you explain this train of thought? Dear Anon, Please see below:- 1. It is essential to thoroughly examine the potential risks associated with determining whether the main entrance is located in the South-West or South-East direction. 2. In this context, it is advisable to adhere strictly to a comprehensive methodology. For instance, the guidelines available at http://www.geomancy.net/fs/house1.htm provide a complete set of instructions that can help classify a house as being in the South-East. 3. Numerous alternative methods exist for this purpose. Typically, when utilizing a Luopan, it is employed to assess both the sitting and facing directions of a property. 4. The …

  15. Dear Master, I need advice. What do you think about this floor plan? I don't have enough knowledge about Feng Shui but I know this is not an ideal feng shui floor plan. I just started reading feng shui books 2 months ago. And also our house is right next to a small cemetery. It is an old cemetery & pretty well kept & quite. We have 20 acre land therefore our house is not too close to the graveyards. My husband don't believe in feng shui but I do, are there any remedies for these? Please help! Thank you so much! As this is only a general free advice forum, there will be no specific analysis; if so; since you had read the advice, you have to ask whether you believe in it or to play it safe - take extra caution when you may need to travel on those days.

Dear Lin Huang, Please see below:- Yes, a child's bedroom can be placed above the kitchen. This is based on priority. For example, under the Eight House theory, if the bedroom is auspicious sector for your child, you can let him have the bedroom. Feng Shui is based on commonsense and it is belief that many fires in a home start in the kitchen. As fire rises, it may affect the bedroom above. But here, if it is an auspicious sector for the child, you can let him/her have the room. In the kitchen, one should always keep it clean and tidy. One can even invest in smoke detectors etc... The answer is similiar to the above. Yes you can especially if it is an auspiciou…

Yes, Master Lee. I think the surrounding is good. This is a fairly large residential community, not zoned for commercial ( shops, restaurants,...). Marked A lot is what I'm considering. The lot as you can see tapered in the back and treees are all around here. The drainage is 2 lots over on the right. Should I do anything to fix the odd shape for luck? I really appreciated your advice. V
