Dear Master Cecil: Thank you for your response. I know that I'm not the only one in this scenario. I wasn't sure what the solution was because I heard so many different cures that just didn't make any sense. And of course just because I don't have the same good directions as my fiancee does NOT mean that I'm going to leave him for somebody else that does!! Your advice was greatly appreciated. Also, where would you advise on placing a water feature in the home?? We are planning to get one plus some indoor plants. What kind of plant would be good asides from the "money plant"? Dear Spencer, Since the eight house is based on true compass directions; more importantly: 1. Find the centrepoint of the home. 2. Use a compass to first locate the North-South alignment of the home. Please use the information at: http://www.geomancy.net/fs/house1.htm Here, often the solution is to use a transparency; for example those that can be photocopied using a copier (where the transparency - is heat resistant - meant to go into a photocopier). Dear Anon, Under Flying Star Feng Shui, it is preferred to look at all 9 sectors or grids instead of just looking specifically at the main entrance. If there is a #3, #6 and #9 combination, at the main door, in general, #6 or big metal is able to neutralise #3. And, at this location, avoid futher fueling bad #3 (wood) by avoiding the colour green or plants at the main entrance. In addition, avoid the colour blue.
