Dear Emily, If one is applying Feng Shui, the basis of choosing colours to paint is based on one's ba zi (favourable) and if the house is owned by husband/wife, then especially for the bedroom and living room area, the binding element plus which sector the room is at can affect the consideration for the colours. By doing so, it would be a `natural thing' for your neighbour to place another mirror to deflect your mirror.
